MATRICE DE TYPE CHARNIÈRE POUR DES EMBOUTISSAGES AU MOYEN DE PRESSIONHINGE-TYPE MATRIX FOR BENDING USING PRESSURE
DESCRIPTION OBJET DE L'INVENTION La présente invention concerne, tel que l'exprime l'énoncé du présent mémoire descriptif, une matrice de type charnière pour des emboutissages au moyen de pression, qui apporte à la fonction à laquelle elle est destinée une série d'avantages et de caractéristiques, outre d'autres caractéristiques inhérentes à son organisation et constitution, qui seront décrites en détail ci-après, et qui supposent une alternative et/ou une amélioration à ce qui est déjà connu dans ce domaine. Plus précisément, l'objet de l'invention consiste en une matrice spécialement destinée, adéquatement positionnée dans un composteur, à la réalisation d'emboutissages au moyen de pression pour, par exemple, l'incorporation de graphismes sur des surfaces métalliques ou acryliques, qui présente la particularité d'unir la partie supérieure du moule ou matrice supérieure avec la partie inférieure du moule ou matrice inférieure de type charnière en facilitant en grande mesure son montage y son fonctionnement. DOMAINE D'APPLICATION Cette invention a son champ d'application dans l'industrie des arts graphiques particulièrement dédiée à la réalisation de pièces métalliques ou acryliques telles que des plaques de signalisation, plaques d'immatriculation et analogues au moyen d'emboutissages au moyen de pression, ainsi que l'industrie dédiée à la réalisation d'emboutissages au moyen de pression en général. ANTÉCÉDENTS DE L'INVENTION Actuellement, comme référence à l'état de l'art, on doit 35 mentionner que le type d'emboutissages ici concernés, se réalisés généralement au moyen de la mise en place coïncidente des différents éléments qui agissent pour leur obtention, les matrices supérieure et inférieure ou les parties supérieure et inférieure du moule étant des éléments indépendants qui doivent être ajustés manuellement ou au moyen de guides à cet effet. Cela fait que ledit ajustement ait pour résultat une opération plus ou moins délicate et que généralement elle comporte une perte de temps remarquable pour sa correcte mise en place. Il faut mentionner, que le demandant méconnaît l'existence d'une matrice de type charnière pour des emboutissages au moyen de pression présentant des caractéristiques techniques, structurelles et constitutives analogues à celles préconisées par la présente invention, laquelle a pour objet la résolution des inconvénients précités que présentent les systèmes connus actuellement à cet effet. EXPLICATION DE L'INVENTION La matrice de type charnière pour des emboutissages au moyen de pression proposée par l'invention, constitue en soi-même une nouveauté évidente dans le domaine d'application de celle-ci, car à partir de son application, on obtient de manière taxative une réduction remarquable dans sa mise en place correcte car étant donné ses nouvelles caractéristiques et sa configuration il en résulte un montage et un fonctionnement mécanique très facile. La principale innovation de la matrice préconisée par l'invention consiste en sa configuration de type charnière au moyen d'un système articulé entre les deux parties qui la constituent, une supérieure et une inférieure. De cette manière, la matrice supérieure est pourvue, sur un de ses petits latéraux, de tétons qui, adéquatement introduits dans les cavités prévues dans la matrice inférieure, et postérieurement bloqués au moyen d'une fermeture, permettent son articulation pour un ajustage parfait, en :pouvant incorporer des éléments de guidage pour une plus grande précision. Au moyen de cavités dans la partie supérieure de la matrice et de reliefs saillant sur la partie inférieure, qui conformeront la partie femelle et la partie mâle respectivement de la matrice, on procède au changement de types de caractère nécessaire dans le moule, en pouvant mettre en place de manière superposée, soit avec des adhésifs, soit au moyen de vissage ou injection, les types de lettres, caractères ou logotypes nécessaires. De cette manière, la matrice de l'invention est apte comme simple porteur de caractère, logos, etc., ou ceux-ci peuvent être inclus par injection lors de la propre fabrication. Pour finir, il faut mentionner que la matrice dispose d'une saillie destinée à éviter le basculement en arrière de celle-ci. La nouvelle matrice de type charnière pour des emboutissages au moyen de pression représente, par conséquent, 20 une structure innovatrice de caractéristiques structurelles et constitutives méconnues jusqu'à présent à cet effet, raisons qui unies à son utilité pratique, lui fournissent un fondement suffisant pour obtenir le privilège d'exclusivité demandé. DESCRIPTION DES DESSINS 25 Pour compléter la description en cours et afin d'aider à une meilleure compréhension des caractéristiques de l'invention, ce mémoire descriptif est accompagné, en tant que partie intégrante de celui-ci, d'un jeu de plans, dans lesquels à titre illustratif et non pas limitatif on a 30 représenté ce qui suit: La figure 1 montre une vue éclatée en perspective de la matrice de type charnière pour des emboutissages au moyen de pression selon l'invention, de manière que l'on peut apprécier les différents éléments qui la constituent ainsi que leurs 35 caractéristiques et disposition.15 La figure 2 montre une vue en perspective de la nouvelle matrice déjà montée et ouverte. La figure 3 montre une vue en perspective de la nouvelle matrice montée et fermée. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Currently, as a reference to the state of the art, it should be mentioned that the type of embossing here concerned is generally accomplished by means of the coincidental placement of the different elements which act to obtain them. , the upper and lower dies or the upper and lower mold parts being independent elements that must be adjusted manually or by means of guides for this purpose. This means that said adjustment results in a more or less delicate operation and that generally it involves a remarkable loss of time for its correct implementation. It should be mentioned that the applicant does not know the existence of a hinge-type matrix for pressing by means of pressure having technical, structural and constitutive characteristics similar to those recommended by the present invention, whose purpose is the solution of the disadvantages above mentioned systems presently known for this purpose. EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION The hinge-type matrix for pressing by means of pressure proposed by the invention constitutes in itself an obvious novelty in the field of application thereof, since from its application, taxatively obtains a remarkable reduction in its correct implementation because given its new characteristics and its configuration it results in a very easy assembly and mechanical operation. The main innovation of the matrix recommended by the invention consists of its hinge type configuration by means of a system articulated between the two parts that constitute it, an upper and a lower. In this way, the upper die is provided, on one of its small lateral, pins which, properly introduced into the cavities provided in the lower die, and subsequently blocked by means of a closure, allow its articulation for a perfect fit, by: being able to incorporate guide elements for greater accuracy. By means of cavities in the upper part of the matrix and protrusions protruding on the lower part, which will form the female part and the male part respectively of the matrix, the types of character required in the mold are changed, being able to in place superimposed, either with adhesives, or by means of screwing or injection, the types of letters, characters or logotypes necessary. In this way, the matrix of the invention is suitable as a simple carrier of character, logos, etc., or these can be included by injection during the own manufacture. Finally, it should be mentioned that the matrix has a protrusion intended to prevent tilting back of it. The novel hinge-type matrix for pressure stamping therefore represents an innovative structure of structural and constitutive features so far unknown for this purpose, together with its practical usefulness, providing it with a sufficient foundation for obtain the exclusivity privilege requested. MISE EN îUVRE PRÉFÉRÉE DE L'INVENTION D'après lesdites figures et selon la numération adoptée, on peut y observer un exemple de mise en oeuvre préférée de la matrice de type charnière pour des emboutissages au moyen de pression comprenant les parties indiquées et décrites à la suite. De cette manière, la matrice de tipe charnière pour des emboutissages au moyen de pression est essentiellement constituée de deux corps semblables de configuration approximativement rectangulaire et plane, qui constituent respectivement la matrice supérieure ou pièce (1) et la matrice inférieure ou pièce (2), sur les faces inférieure (3) et supérieure (4) de laquelle il existe respectivement des cavités (5) et des reliefs (6) qui formeront le caractère à créer, qui se trouvent unis de manière articulée par un de leurs flancs en formant une charnière. De cette manière, la pièce supérieure (1) est pourvue, sur un de ses petits flancs, de tétons (7) qui, adéquatement introduits dans les cavités (8) prévues dans la matrice inférieure (2), et postérieurement bloqués au moyen d'une fermeture (91 de type clip introduite à une des extrémités d'une desdits tétons (7), en obtenant l'effet de charnière qui permet son articulation pour un ajustage parfait. Optionnellement, la pièce inférieure (2) incorpore des tétons de guidage (10) et (11) qui sont introduits dans la pièce (1) à travers des orifices (12) et (13) coïncidents lors de la fermeture du moule. De même, des angles (14) sont prévus dans les saillies desquelles proviennent lesdits tétons (7) qui sont incorporés par la pièce supérieure (1), destinés à réguler l'ouverture de la matrice lorsqu'elle est en appui contre les saillies (15) existantes près des cavités (8) de la pièce inférieure (2), et des élérr.ents (16) et (17) qui régulent la buté de fermeture. Pour finir, il faut mentionner que la matrice dispose d'une saillie (18) située dans le flanc opposé au point d'articulation de la pièce inférieure (2), destiné à éviter le basculement en arrière de celle-ci pendant l'opération d'emboutissage, et d'une saillie (19) située également sur le flanc opposé à l'articulation de la charnière, destinée à faciliter son ouverture. Une fois suffisamment décrite la nature de la présente invention, ainsi que la manière de la mettre en oeuvre, on constate que, pour l'essentiel, elle pourra être mise en œuvre sous d'autres formes de réalisation qui diffèrent en détail de celle indiquée à titre d'exemple, et lesquelles seront atteintes également par la protection qui est demandée si toutefois on n'altère, change ou modifie pas son principe fondamental.
