Abstract

L'invention concerne essentiellement les installations destinées à améliorer le confort thermique des locaux d'habitation, locaux à usage de bureaux, d'activités industrielles ou de loisirs par préchauffage ou rafraîchissement de l'air de renouvellement. Elle décrit une installation comportant au moins un regard (10) réalisé par assemblage de plusieurs plaques carrées (1) reliées entre elles de façon à réaliser une tour de section carrée et de forme parallélépipédique; ce regard est implanté à l'extrémité d'une tranchée et est implanté de telle façon qu'il présente une partie immergée représentant environ le quart de sa hauteur totale et une partie enterrée représentant environ les trois quarts de cette hauteur. Le dit regard est équipé dans sa partie supérieure d'un filtre (2) et d'un couvercle (3) muni d'une prise d'air extérieur (4); il comporte en partie basse un ou plusieurs orifices (7) dans lesquels débouchent des canalisations elles mêmes enterrées et à travers lesquelles circule de l'air qui est introduit dans les locaux traités par l'action d'au moins un ventilateur (14).Les assemblages des plaques (1) constituant le regard (10) et les jonctions entre les parois du regard (10) et les canalisations (11) sont réalisés de façon étanche empêchant toute infiltration de terre ou d'eau à l'intérieur du regard (10) ou des canalisations (11). Dans une variante, le ventilateur (14) sera alimenté par un ou plusieurs panneaux photovoltaïques situés sur le capot (5) du couvercle (3).The invention essentially relates to installations intended to improve the thermal comfort of residential premises, premises used for offices, industrial activities or leisure activities by preheating or cooling the renewal air.
