Abstract

The case has a protection shell made of a transparent plastic material. A bracket (2) is provided on which an object e.g. watch, is disposed. The bracket and the closure cover (4) are integrated with each other and form an assembly having an inner contour adapted to a part of a user`s body receiving the object. The case is provided in the form of a wristwatch and is hollow and transparent. The case has a dimension to receive a wristwatch or a collar that is adapted to the inner contour of the case for a direct utilization on the wrist of the user.

  The present invention relates to a housing for the packaging and presentation of an object, including a wristwatch or necklace or any other object of elongated shape.

  In known manner, the packaging of objects of this kind is made in a transparent plastic housing for viewing the object.

  It may be for example blisters, that is to say a package in the form of a cardboard support on which is disposed the object, covered with a plastic coating encompassing the object and the cardboard support.

  This type of packaging has the disadvantage of not being able to remove the object without destroying the packaging.

  It is also known enclosures formed by a bottom on which is disposed the object and a shaped lid corresponding to the bottom covering the object that allows viewing but also to try it by opening the box.

  This may be the advantage of being able to try the object, but the disadvantage of not securing it, making the malicious acts easy.

  The object of the present invention is to remedy these various disadvantages of the known packaging boxes, for this type of object which it is always preferable to try before acquiring them, and for this purpose concerns a box for packaging. and 2885604 2 the presentation of an object, including a watch, bracelet or necklace, characterized in that it consists of a transparent plastic protective shell of relative rigidity, comprising a base on which is arranged object and a closure cap integral with one another, inviolably and forming a set of which at least the inner contour is ergonomically adapted to the part of the body for receiving the object, such as wrist or neck, so as to allow all at once: the packaging and the protection of the object; his presentation; its fitting in situ without unpacking the object, hence its security for an anti-theft function.

  This description given by way of nonlimiting example, will better understand how the invention can be made, with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: Figure 1 is a perspective view of a housing for packaging, in the occurrence of a watch, according to a first embodiment.

  Figure 10 differs essentially from Figure 9 in that the assembly is performed around a hinge connecting the bottom and the lid.

  The housing 1 generally designated in Figure 1 is constituted by a transparent plastic shell, of a relative rigidity, comprising a base 2 on which is disposed the object 3 and a closure cover 4 secured to one of the another inviolably and forming a set of which at least the inner contour 5 is ergonomically adapted to the body portion for receiving the object such as wrist or neck.

  In this way, the casing 1 allows both the packaging and the protection of the object 3 its presentation, its fitting in situ without unpacking the object 3 from where its securing for an anti-theft function.

  According to the exemplary embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the packaging casing 1 is in the form of a hollow and transparent rigid wristwatch or necklace 5, the section of which, generally quadrangular, is of such size to receive a wristwatch 3 or collar conforming to the internal contour of said ergonomic housing 1 for a direct presentation on the wrist or neck, without the need to remove it from the housing 1, allowing a visual assessment in situ for a potential buyer.

  According to the exemplary embodiment shown in FIGS. 6 to 10, the packaging casing 1A is generally in the form of a portion of a circle 5A, one of its ends being extended by a straight part 6 extending tangentially. in the manner of a stock, said housing 1A being rigid, hollow and transparent, whose section, generally quadrangular, is of such size as to receive the wristwatch 3A or collar, matching the internal contour of said ergonomic case lA for a direct presentation at least partially on the wrist or neck, without the need to remove it from said housing 1A, allowing a visual assessment in situ for a potential buyer.

  The essential difference, according to the present embodiment, between the version shown in FIG. 9 and the version shown in FIG. 10, is that according to this last figure, the cover 4A is articulated on the base 2A by the intermediate of a hinge 7.

  In a manner common to the two embodiments which have just been described in FIGS. 1 to 5 and FIGS. 6 to 10, the housing 1, 1A comprises a suspension hook 8, 8A, made on a generatrix of the closure cover. 4, 4A adapted to allow its attachment to a suspension member.

  As shown in the figures, the hook 8, 8A can be obtained by molding with the lid 4, 4A or as shown in Figure 9 by connecting a shaped wire hook 9 whose ends 9a, 9b are introduced into housing 10a, 10b.

  As shown in FIGS. 3 and 8, respectively, according to the embodiment, the housing 1, 1A comprises means for latching the lid 4, 4A on the base 2, 2A disposed at least occasionally on their inner periphery.

  These latching means of the cover 4, 4A on the base 2, 2A are constituted by a spoiler 11, 11A made on the latter, whose slope is located in the direction of insertion and then latching of the cover 4, 4A comprising notches 12, 12A of complementary shape and dimension, the spoilers 11, 11A and notches 12, 12A being arranged on areas respectively vis-à-vis said base 2, 2A and said cover 4, 4A which are elastically deformable.

  According to another characteristic of the invention, the housing 1, lA comprises an internal housing for receiving a notice or warranty certificate 13.

  On the other hand, the base 2, 2A comprises fixing and retaining means 14, 14A of the object 3, 3A thereon.

  Preferably, the base 2, 2A and the cover 4, 4A constituting it are obtained during two molding operations of a plastic material.

  Of course, according to the example of Figure 10, the cover and the base could be obtained during a single molding operation, and their hinge 7 which could be a hinge plastic film and also obtained during the same operation.

  It is understandable that thus presented, a valuable object such as a watch will make a flight difficult because sealed in its case, while not penalizing the prospective buyer who can not only see the object but also try it in located without unpacking the object.

  1. Box (1, 1A) for the packaging and presentation of an object (3, 3A), in particular a watch, bracelet or collar, characterized in that it consists of a transparent plastic protective shell , of a relative rigidity, comprising a base (2, 2A) on which is disposed the object (3, 3A) and a closure cover (4, 4A) integral with one another, inviolably and forming an assembly of which at least the inner contour (5, 5A) is ergonomically adapted to the part of the body intended to receive the object, such as wrist or neck, so as to allow all at once: the packaging and the protection of the object; his presentation; its fitting in situ without unpacking the object, hence its security for an anti-theft function.   2. Packaging box according to claim 1, characterized in that it is in the form of a wristwatch or necklace C rigid (5), hollow and transparent, whose section, generally quadrangular, is of dimension such to receive a wristwatch (3) or collar conforming to the internal contour of said ergonomic housing (1) for a direct presentation on the wrist or neck, without the need to take it out of the housing (1), allowing a visual assessment in situ for a potential buyer.   3. Packing box (1A) according to claim 1, characterized in that it is generally in the form of a portion of 2885604 8 circle (5A), one of whose ends is extended by a straight portion ( 6) extending tangentially in the manner of a butt, said housing (1A) being rigid, hollow and transparent, whose section, generally quadrangular, is of such size to receive the wristwatch (3A) or collar, matching the internal contour of said ergonomic housing (1A) for a direct, at least partial presentation on the wrist or neck, without the need to remove it from said housing (1A), allowing a visual assessment in situ for a potential buyer.   4. Packaging casing (1, 1A) according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it comprises a hook (8, 8A) of suspension, made on a generatrix of the closure cover (4, 4A). ) able to allow it to hang on a suspension member.   Packaging casing (1, 1A) according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that it comprises latching means of the cover (4, 4A) on the base (2, 2A) arranged at less punctually on their inner periphery.   6. Packaging casing (1, 1A) according to claim 5, characterized in that the latching means of the cover (4, 4A) on the base (2, 2A) are constituted by a spoiler (11, 11A) made on the latter, whose slope is located in the direction of introduction and latching of the cover (4, 4A) having notches (12, 12A) of complementary shape and dimension, the spoilers (11, 11A) and notches (12, 12A) being arranged on areas respectively facing said base (2, 2A) and said cover (4, 4A) which are elastically deformable.   7. Packaging box (1, 1A) according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that it comprises an inner housing for receiving a notice or warranty certificate (13).   Packaging casing (1, 1A) according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the base (2, 2A) comprises means for fixing and retaining (14, 14A) the object ( 3, 3A) on this one.   Packaging casing (1, 1A) according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the base (2, 2A) and the cover (4, 4A) constituting it are obtained during two operations of molding a plastic material.
