Abstract
Système automatisé (10) de création de joint pour machine tournante, comprenant : un système de guidage (12) de joint, le système de guidage (12) de joint alignant et retenant un cordon à mater (30) et une bande d'étanchéité dans une rainure de rotor en vue de les marteler ; un outil de martelage (14), l'outil de martelage (14) martelant ledit cordon à mater (30) pour déformer le cordon à mater (30) et assujettir le cordon à mater (30) et la bande d'étanchéité dans la rainure de rotor ; un actionneur, l'actionneur commandant un mouvement et une force de précontrainte de l'outil de matage (14) en créant un joint d'étanchéité de rainure de rotor à résistance prévisible à l'arrachement ; et un socle (18) pour fixer le système de guidage (12) de joint, l'outil de martelage (14) et l'actionneur.
