Abstract
Charbon entièrement sans bois obtenu à partir d'une matière première qui est les résidus de l'extraction de l'huile d'olive c'est-à-dire les noyaux concassés (1), cette matière première purifiée de ses résidus huileux est torréfiée jusqu'à l'obtention d'une matière noire (2), la matière obtenue est concassée et malaxée jusqu'à l'obtention d'une pâte homogène et lisse (3), cette pâte obtenue est comprimée et moulée jusqu'à l'obtention de branchettes d'une longueur de 10 cm et de 2 cm de diamètre pour les charbons destinés aux grillades et d'une longueur de 12 cm et de 8 cm de diamètre pour les charbons destinés aux cheminées (4), le charbon obtenu présente les caractéristiques techniques suivantes : garanti sans bois, allumage facile, pouvoir calorifique constant, pouvoir calorifique long, braises de trois heures, sans émission de flammes, sans émission de fumée, sans éclats, utilisable à l'intérieur, cendres résiduelles limitées et pouvoir aromatisant (5).
