Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de dosage quantitatif par immunochromatographie d'une substance présente dans un échantillon liquide, l'échantillon étant déposé sur une bandelette (12) de matériau poreux et se déplaçant par capillarité pour passer dans une zone (20) comprenant un conjugué propre à réagir avec la substance à doser et un produit de contrôle qui comprennent des marqueurs de détection, puis dans une zone de test (24) et une zone de contrôle (26) de la bandelette où les signaux générés par les marqueurs sont détectés, le passage des marqueurs dans une zone donnée (18) de la bandelette étant d'abord détecté pour déclencher le décompte d'une période de temps prédéterminée à l'issue de laquelle les signaux générés par les marqueurs dans les zones de test (24) et de contrôle (26) sont détectés.
