Abstract

  The invention relates to a workstation, intended for the preparation of packaging of floral and / or plant compositions and especially bouquets, to form a pocket made from a shaped sheet and ligated around the base of the composition and especially around the stems of the bouquet.

  These packages have a decorative function and can also constitute a water reserve for bouquets, when the packaging sheets are impermeable.

  Conventionally, for their realization, an operator has a packing sheet on a worktable, geometrically flat, and then place on said sheet a bouquet holder in which he inserts the stems of the bouquet.

  The bouquets supports generally consist of a plane base, in particular circular, from the perimeter of which extends a plurality of elongate elements, provided or brought substantially at right angles to said base element.

  However, as long as said elongated elements are not ligated to the bouquet, bouquet / bouquet support package is not stable and the operator must maintain it with at least one of his hands.

  The operator must then, with the remaining hand, shape the sheet around the support and stems of the bouquet, and then tie with a ribbon type bolduc, the leaf around the stems of the bouquet and elongated elements of the support.

  It can thus be seen that the production of such a package is tedious, time-consuming and requires a minimum of training on the part of the operator.

  The purpose of the present invention is to provide a workstation that overcomes the aforementioned drawbacks, and in particular allows the realization of such packaging at a lower time and in an easy manner.

  Another object of the invention is to provide a workstation at low cost.

  Another object of the invention is to provide a method of packaging a bouquet implemented in the workstation.

  Other aims and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the description which follows, which is given for information only, and which is not intended to limit it.

  The invention firstly relates to a workstation for the preparation of packaging of floral and / or plant compositions, such as a bouquet of flowers or a plant, to form at least one bag made from from least one shaped sheet, and optionally a support of said composition, such as a bouquet holder or a pot, capable of structuring said bag, said package further comprising at least one link from said at least one sheet around the base of said composition, characterized in that said workstation has a reservation for receiving said at least one sheet to be shaped and protruding means for maintaining at least a portion of said at least one link stretched around said reservation, provided at the level of the work plan of the post.

  The invention relates first of all to a workstation 1 intended for the preparation of packages of floral and / or plant compositions 10, to form at least one pocket made from at least one shaped sheet 2, and the case optionally a support of composition 3 able to structure said pocket. Said package further comprises at least one link 4 which ligates said at least one sheet 2 around the base of the composition 10.

  The floral and / or vegetable composition may be in particular a bouquet of flowers or a plant in the ground. The composition support can then be a bouquet support 3 or simply a pot.

  The link may be in particular an elongated element such as a ribbon type bolduc or an elastic.

  The following description and the drawings detail mainly an example embodiment for a bouquet of flowers 10. However, the operation of the workstation for a floral and / or plant composition such as a plant is analogous.

  The bouquet support used for producing the packages may be in particular that described in patent EP-0.881.167. It should be noted here that, while promoting the production and holding of the bouquet, said bouquet holder is not essential, and the present invention can be implemented without its presence.

  The sheets used will advantageously be impervious to water, such as in particular plastic films, decorated or not, by coloring and / or printing.

  According to the invention, the workstation 1 has a reservation 5 for receiving said at least one sheet 2 to be shaped and protruding means 6 to maintain at least a portion 4 'of said at least one link stretched around said reservation 5, provided at the level of the work plan 30 of the station.

  As illustrated in Figures 2, 4 and 8, the reservation 5 is formed in the work plane with an opening, in particular cylindrical. The height of the reservation will be substantially equal to, slightly less than, the length of the stems of the bouquet and / or the elongated elements of the bouquet holder 3.

  Advantageously and according to one embodiment, the reservation 5 has a section complementary to the section of said support structure 3 and in particular has a complementary section at the base of a bouquet support 3.

  The reservation 5 can be modulated using containers 2875791 5 of different dimensions and in particular of different diameters. The container can thus be advantageously changed depending on the size of the bouquet and therefore the size of the adapted bouquet holder 3.

  As illustrated in FIG. 8, the container 50 may have on its upper edge a shoulder 52 able to cooperate with a corresponding window of the worktop 30.

  The container 50 may advantageously have an orifice 51 in particular to facilitate the extraction of the latter to the work plane. The orifice 51 also makes it possible to evacuate the water contained in the receptacle 50.

  According to one embodiment, the worktop 30 is equipped with cleats 6 arranged on at least a portion of the periphery of the reservation 5 to maintain in position said portion 4 'of the link. As illustrated in Figure 2, the tabs 6 are arranged regularly spaced on a semicircle partially surrounding the reservation 5.

  The cleats can take the form of rods or points as illustrated in the figures or can take any other form.

  As illustrated in Figure 8, the tabs 6 are arranged around the window at an interface 32 of a table 31 defining the work plane 30.

  The worktop 30, including the table, can be graduated by means of two strips arranged perpendicularly, especially at the front edge and the left side of the table. Advantageously, the origin of the strips is defined to coincide with the center of the reservation 50.

  The link, and in particular the ribbon, of the bolduc type, is stretched near the worktop 30 in a plane parallel to the latter and constrained by the cleats to bypass the reservation 5.

  According to one embodiment, the worktop 30 is equipped with two clamps 7 for tensioning the portion 4 'of the link, and in particular the ribbon.

  The clamps 7 are advantageously positioned on the front edge of the table 31 constituting the work plane 30 vis-à-vis the two closest 6 blocks 6 6 constituting the ends of the semicircle.

  Thus, the ribbon portion 4 'as illustrated in FIG. 4 is constrained around the reservation 5 by means of the cleats 6 and stretched between the two clamps 7.

  Thus, the cleats 6 are able to cooperate with the ribbon portion 4 'during the entire preparation of the packaging to be returned when the operator comes to ligate the sheet 2 to the stems of the bouquet.

  According to one embodiment, the workstation 1 further comprises means 8 for delivering a quantity of water. It may especially be a flexible 8 shape memory disposed above the work surface and opening at the reservation 5. The water supply can also be constituted by a rigid tube pivoting to said post working. Advantageously, the rigid pivoting tube comes into abutment so that the spout is in the center of the reservation 50. The latter advantageously allows to deliver a predetermined amount of water in the bag made with an impermeable sheet.

  According to one embodiment, the workstation further comprises all or part of the following elements: at least support means 9 for at least one linkage coil 11, and in particular ribbon, cutting means 12 of said link, - means 13 for holding the free end of the link, - means 15 for storing said at least one sheet 2, - means 16 for storing said composition supports 3.

  As illustrated in FIG. 3, the support means 9 are constituted by a plurality of bars regularly spaced apart on a base of the table 31 and on which are wound coil 11.

  As illustrated in FIG. 3, cutting means 12 are positioned on the front edge of the table 31 of the worktop 30.

  Means 13 make it possible to maintain the free end of the link between the coil and the cutting means 12. They may in particular be constituted by an elastic blade in pressure against the front edge of the table 31.

  As illustrated in Figure 1, the workstation 1 has means 15 for storing said at least one sheet 2, consisting of a plurality of shelves. Advantageously the shelves can slide and accommodate sheets of different sizes and different patterns.

  As shown in Figure 3, the foot of the table 31 is equipped with a support arm 16 on which is stacked a plurality of bouquets supports 3. The support 16 is able to receive different sizes of support composition and in particular different sizes of bouquet holder.

  It may advantageously have a suction cup at its end or a set of removable wedges adapted to the diameter of the supports 3.

  According to one embodiment, the retractable projection means 6, and in particular the cleats, are actuated by a pneumatic cylinder device or else an electromagnet device.

  The invention also relates to a method for packaging a floral and / or plant composition and in particular a bouquet 10, said package forming at least one pocket made from at least one sheet 2 shaped around the stems of the base of the composition 10 and a link 4 which ligates said at least one sheet 2.

  According to this embodiment, the protruding means may be arranged throughout the entire tour of the reservation, the elastic being mounted in tension around said projection means and in particular cleats 6.
