Abstract
Puce biologique (1) comportant un réseau d'électrodes (2) sur un substrat (5) pour la détection électrique notamment capacitive de molécules biochimiques. Des électrodes (E1, E2) du réseau d'électrodes (2) sont reliées par un conducteur électrique (10) à travers le substrat (5) à une surface de contact électroconductrice (15). Les surfaces de contact (15) prévues sur le côté (20) du substrat (5) à l'opposé de celui du réseau d'électrodes (2) constituent sur ce côté (20) les surfaces de contact le plan le plus extrême du substrat (5). L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'une telle puce et un procédé de mise en contact électrique de la puce et d'une électronique d'exploitation.
