Abstract

The device has a transversal support bar (8) e.g. panic bar, allowing to open a case (1) for accessing an escape slide (10) that is provided in the case as two parts, where the case is fixed at the exterior of edges of a window and a balcony. The bar activates the opening of the case which releases lateral arms (6) at ninety degrees. A length of the slide will be folded in fanfold manner before folding of arms.

Description

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de sécurité en cas d'incendie par évacuation des personnes par les fenêtres et balcons des constructions à étages et des combles.
Les personnes prisonnières aux étages, en cas de sinistre intérieur, n'ont souvent d'évacuation possible que par l'intérieur, vers le bas, et de multiples victimes sont dues au fait qu'aucun dispositif ne permet de remédier à cet inconvénient.
Le dispositif se présente sous la forme d'un boîtier fixé de façon permanente à l'extérieur des rebords de fenêtres et balcons, et comportant une barre d'appui transversale qui a un double emploi : -1- En appuyant sur cette barre, on déclenche l'ouverture de ce boîtier qui libère à 90 [deg] deux bras latéraux en plastique rigide et résistant, style poly carbonate, offrant ainsi l'accès à une chaussette d'évacuation homologuée. -2- Cette barre permet aux personnes de s'assurer pour se laisser glisser dans la chaussette d'évacuation.
Le système est conçu comme suit : - Le caisson, où boîtier (1), de section rectangulaire, s'ouvre en deux parties grâce à une charnière (2) sur la face de dessous. La partie ouvrante bascule vers le bas de 180 [deg] . - Les flasques (3) gauche et droite du caisson, en alliage moulé, sont solidaires de la partie fixe du caisson. C'est sur ces flasques que se porte la contrainte du poids des personnes. Aussi comprennent-elles deux équerres de fixation (4) au mur ou par accrochage, l'axe (5) des bras sortants (6) poussés par des ressorts à rotation (7), et le système d'ouverture (9) par la barre transversale, style barre anti-panique. - Les bras (6) se déployant à 90[deg] sous la poussée des ressorts à rotation (5), éjectent la chaussette d'évacuation (10). Ils seront gainés par l'ourlet du haut de la chaussette.La longueur de la chaussette sera repliée en accordéon devant les bras. - Cette chaussette, de plus, aura son côté fixe, derrière les bras, fixé à la paroi verticale du caisson fixe. - La conception de cette chaussette homologuée permet une descente freinée et protégée. La longueur de cette descente sera déterminée en fonction de chaque cas de figure. - Ce système autorise en outre des essais et des exercices d'évacuation car il est réarmable facilement, les bras étant repliés de force, la chaussette pliée en accordéon, la partie mobile du caisson étant refermée et enclenchée.

longueur : 80 cm, hauteur : 20 cm, épaisseur : 8 cm L'accès de la chaussette d'évacuation sera de 80 x 40 cm environ.

The system is designed as follows: - The box, where housing (1), of rectangular section, opens in two parts through a hinge (2) on the underside. The opening part swings downwards of 180 [deg]. - The flanges (3) left and right of the box, cast alloy, are integral with the fixed part of the box. It is on these flanges that is the constraint of the weight of people. Also they comprise two fixing brackets (4) to the wall or by hooking, the axis (5) of the outgoing arms (6) pushed by rotating springs (7), and the opening system (9) by the crossbar, anti-panic bar style. - The arms (6) unfolding at 90 [deg] under the thrust of the springs (5), eject the sock (10). They will be sheathed by the hem of the top of the sock.The length of the sock will be folded accordion in front of the arms. - This sock, moreover, will have its fixed side, behind the arms, fixed to the vertical wall of the fixed box. - The design of this homologated sock allows a braked and protected downhill.
