Abstract

The kit has a set of wooden modules, which are stacked one on another for forming a complete garden. Each module is composed of two plates between which four pins (1) and four grooves (2) are placed, where the pins are placed on two sides of the plate and grooves are placed on other two sides of the plate. The pins and grooves of each module are fixed with respective grooves and pins of adjacent module.

Description

The present invention relates to the creation of a game allowing the

  construction of a modular miniature garden.

  Currently there are on the market games that use, as a decorative element, garden fragments on which miniature elements can be associated i. e furniture, garden tools and some plants.

  These decorative elements are independent and not associable.

  The present invention allows the construction of a complete and modular miniaturized garden.

  The composition of the garden is obtained by assembling modules that can be easily disassembled.

  The advantage of an interlocking construction is to ensure the rigidity of the playing area and to allow effective storage.

  One of the characteristics of this invention is to ensure, by the modularity of the elements, the construction of multiple gardens.

  Thanks to the flexibility of the design of the modular garden it is easy to intervene in the arrangement of the garden, choosing the location of the different spaces constituting the garden ie The kitchen garden, the orchard, the pleasure garden, the watercourse, etc. ...

  To sum up the garden is flexible, scalable, removable, and mobile.

  The attached drawings illustrate the invention: FIG. 1 represents all the assembled modules that make up the playing area. FIG. 2 represents a module with its section.

  Figure 3 shows the element of the barrier with pins male part and its section. Figure 4 shows the element of the barrier with grooves female part and its section. Figure 5 shows the detail of an amount of the barrier.

  With reference to these drawings, the invention relates to all the modules (2) and (3) of Figure 1 which fit exactly into each other to form the different gardens (4).

  Description of the various elements composing the invention.

  Modules: Any type of material can be used for the manufacture of modules.

  The geometric shape is also free, however it is recommended for the fitting technique to use simple shapes like the rectangle.

  For the invention we used wooden modules of rectangular shape.

  The technique used for casing can be multiple, in the study we used a system of pins represented by Figure 2.

  The module consists of two plates, between these two plates is 4 pins (1) male part and 4 grooves (2) female part.

  The four lugs (1) are arranged on two of the four sides of a plate.

  On the other two sides will be arranged the four grooves (2) symmetrical 4 pins. The lugs and grooves will be sandwiched by crimping the two plates.

  On one of the faces of the module will be represented a characteristic fragment of a garden as an example we can mention: lawn, beds, flowerbeds, terrace, pool We can thus classify the modules by family.

  For example modules for making a kitchen garden, pond orchard ect ...

  By way of non-limiting example, the module will have dimensions of the order of 4 cm for the width and 10 cm for the length.

  The barrier: We distinguish the barrier (3) figure 1 from the set of modules, it is differentiated by its specific shape (3) of Figure 3.

  It is intended to delineate the garden to place a barrier that will fit into modules that are adjacent to the playing area.
