Abstract

The device has a rigid case comprising main body (A) and a cover (B) connected to the body by a hinge. A disk holding part (C) embedded in the body near the hinge has a rectangular shape hollowed by an arc of circle. A flexible booklet (D) with 5 sheets has a square shape with two curved corners. The sheets are connected together in side opposite to curved side by binding.
