Abstract

The device has an equipment (4) including a telescopic handle (A) with an upper section, intermediate section (B) and a lower section (C) having a hook (D) and a fork (E), where the equipment occupies folded and unfolded positions. The fork is inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the handle having anti-sliding surface. A plastic bag in the handle recovers excretions on a public place.

Description

The present invention relates to an apparatus for recovering

  canine excrement before it reaches the ground.

  Today, masters let their animals relieve themselves anywhere and especially on the public domain.

  This polluting act, although reprehensible by law, costs the community a lot.

  We imagined a simple system for recovering dung before they hit the ground.

  The envisaged device is inspired by "the dip net".

  It consists of a telescopic rod (small footprint) made of 3 parts whose lower end has a flexible fork to receive a plastic bag recovering dung, 100% biodegradable and compostable, commercially available and of appropriate size.

  The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention.

  FIG. 1 represents the relative position of the dog (3) held on a leash (2) by the master (1) whose right hand holds the apparatus (4) equipped with a bag (5) in the position of collecting excrement ( 6) on the public domain (7).

  Figure 2 shows the apparatus (4) in the retracted position.

  Figure 3 shows the deployed apparatus (4) having a handle (A), an intermediate member (B) for adjusting the desired length of the rod depending on the size of the dog and the master; and a lower member (C) having a fork (E) and a hook (D) for retaining the recovery bag. Fig. 4 shows the apparatus (4) in section showing the elements (A), (B), ( C) telescopic.

  Use of the device The user transports the device to the retracted position.

  When the animal shows the desire to land, the master unfolds the device and adjusts the length of the rod according to the size of the dog.

  He places between the flexible forks the plastic bag by folding the edge outward to keep it open, and immobilizes it with the hook.

  He positions the bag under the dog's anus and holds it for the duration of the need.

  After collecting the dung in the bag, with the other hand, he removes the bag of forks, and can throw it either in a sewer, or in a bin.

Claims (8)

  1) Device for recovering the dog excrement before they touch the ground.   This apparatus comprises: a handle (4) shown in Fig.2 folded, and unfolded Fig.3.   This handle (4) is composed of three telescopic parts either: a) a handle in the upper part b) an intermediate part c) a lower part the lower part -c) comprises: - uncrochetD - a fork E a plastic bag (5) fig.l 100% biodegradable and 100% compostable 2) Device according to claim 1 characterized by a telescopic handle (4) can be made of 2, 3, 4, 5 parts and more.   3) Device according to claims 1 and 2 characterized in that the handle (4) can be executed in one piece.   4) Device according to claims 1, 2, 3 wherein the upper portion (A), forming a handle comprises the grip handle with an anti slip surface.   5) Device according to claims 1, 2, 3, 4 wherein the lower portion (C) has a fork (E) inclined at 135 relative to the handle (4) 6) Device according to claims 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 wherein the fork (E) consists of two concentric semi-sectoral branches flexible to receive the plastic bags 7) Device according to claim 6 wherein the fork (E) can be replaced by a closed circle.   8) Device according to one of the preceding claims characterized by the possibility of locking the handle by rotating quarter turn of the handle (A) of Fig.3.
