Abstract

The procedure consists of introducing a thermoformed layer of a protective film (1) in a matrix section of a mould and applying it to a composition component by RTM. After hardening, which takes 3-4 times the duration of projection, the component is sufficiently rigid for removal from the mould, with the film joined to it chemically from the start of polymerisation.
