Abstract

The device has shoulder straps (1,2) fixed to top part of a back splasher (D) to hang the back splasher on a bearer. The back splasher is fixed to a belt by a fixing device. The fixing device has a hook (3) fixed to a lower part of the back splasher and a case fixed to the belt. The belt has a trigger for cooperating with the hook to lock the hook with the case.

FAST FASTENING DEVICE FOR FASTENING A DOSSERET TO A

CARRIER

  The invention relates to a quick fastening device for fixing a backsplash to a wearer.

  Usually the backsplashes are attached to a carrier on the one hand, in the upper part, by means of straps by which the backrest is suspended in the back of the wearer and, secondly, in the lower part thanks to a belt which is provided with the backsplash and that the wearer is fixed around his waist.

  Now it happens that the wearer is usually already equipped with a belt for various reasons.

  The wearer must therefore ultimately wear two belts, which has various disadvantages.

  The present invention aims to avoid this need for a double belt by using the belt which is normally equipped the wearer, for the low fixation of the backsplash.

  It achieves, according to the invention, with a device which comprises a hook attached to the backrest and a housing attached to the belt and which has a trigger 25 adapted to cooperate with the hook to lock the hook to the housing.

  More specifically, the housing and the hook are respectively fixed to two zones opposite the belt and backrest, said housing comprising a movable trigger urged in one direction by a spring into a the output position where it has a trigger portion which is external to the housing and which is adapted to be pushed manually to move the trigger in the opposite direction, said trigger having a window accessible through an opening of the housing and said hook having an end adapted to be introduced by said opening into and through said window so that the hook is engaged with the trigger in said extended position and that this plug is removed when the trigger is pushed in the opposite direction.

  An exemplary embodiment of the invention will now be described with reference to the figures of the accompanying drawings in which: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the backsplash equipped with the hook; - Figure 2 is an enlarged diagram of the hook; - Figure 3 is a view of a wearer equipped with a belt provided with the housing; - Figure 4 is an isolated view of the housing; Figure 5 is a view of the interior of the housing with the trigger in the extended position, and - Figure 6 is an operating diagram of the hook / trigger system, respectively in the insertion or withdrawal state of the hook (Figure 6A). ) and in the locked state (Fig. 6B).

  FIG. 1 is a view of a backsplash D equipped at the top with straps (1; 2) which allow it to be suspended from the shoulders of a wearer (not shown) and equipped at the bottom with a hook (3) on an area (4) of the backsplash that will be turned towards an area of the belt C of the wearer.

  Figure 2 is an enlarged side view of the hook which has a spout (3a) and which has a groove (3b) behind the spout.

  This zone of the belt is equipped with a housing (B) seen in place in FIG. 3 and seen isolated in FIG.

  The housing contains a rectangular flat trigger (5) which is pushed vertically by springs (6) to an extended position. The trigger then has an end (5a) protruding outside the housing (Figures 4 and 5).

  The trigger has a window (7) accessible through an opening (8) of the housing.

  The end of the hook and the gate of the window have slopes (9, 10) adapted to cooperate so that the introduction of the hook in the housing, through the opening (8), the trigger is first pushed by the hook against the springs (Fig. 6A) and then back in the direction of exit under the effect of the springs by locking the hook whose beak went through the window of the trigger (Fig. 6B) and whose groove is occupied by the lower part (5b) of the trigger.

  The casing is attached to the belt as a loop through a passage (11) (Fig.4) in which can be threaded belt.

  The invention is not limited to this embodiment. In particular the springs are only one example among others means capable of exerting an elastic effect on the trigger.

  To unlock the hook, the wearer pulls the trigger to lower the window.

4 CLAIMS   1. Quick fastening device for attaching a backrest D to a belt, the device comprising a housing B and a hook (3) to be fixed respectively to one and the other of two zones facing the belt and of the backsplash, said housing comprising a movable trigger (5) urged in one direction by a spring into an extended position where it has a trigger portion (5a) which is external to the housing and which is adapted to be pushed manually to move the trigger in opposite direction, said trigger having a window (7) accessible through an opening (8) of the housing and said hook (3) having an end (3a) adapted to be introduced through said opening into and through said window so that the hook is engaged with the trigger in said extended position and that this plug is removed when the trigger is pushed in the opposite direction.   2. Device according to claim 1 wherein the housing B has a passage for bringing the housing on the belt by threading the belt in the passage.   3. Device according to claim 1 or 2 wherein the trigger and the hook have slopes (10, 9) which cooperate so that at the introduction of the hook into the housing, the trigger is first pushed by the hook to against the spring then returns to the extended position under the effect of the spring by locking the hook in the window of the trigger.   4. Device according to one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the backrest comprises in the upper part of the straps (1, 2) for attachment to the shoulders of a wearer, and comprises in the lower part, said hook (3) for its fastening to the wearer's belt.
