Abstract

The device has a case (1) integrated in a frame and having an opening (2) where a head of an arm is inserted. An internal movable part has a spring (18) and a wedge (19). The spring rotates the arm by quarter of a turn when a person applies pressure on the spring. A pivot (13) is placed in a concave part of the wedge for rotating the arm.
