Abstract

  The invention relates to an autonomous device of a shampoo bottle for the purpose of making a water / shampoo mixture in suitable proportions and the distribution of this mixture on the hair in a homogeneous manner so that the washing is very effective while using the minimum of product and rinse water.

  Many shampoos are known, in the composition of which enter the most diverse ingredients, which are of very different concentration and fluidity.

  Currently shampoos are generally delivered in concentrated form and often have a viscous consistency. This consistency allows the product to fit in the palm of the hand. In this case, the washing process consists in wetting the hair and then distributing by hand, empirically, on the hair the concentrated shampoo. More fluid shampoos are just as difficult to distribute properly.

  In fact, the use of such shampoos is difficult and inefficient for several reasons: - The product, viscous and concentrated, is difficult to apply homogeneously consequently some areas of the hair and scalp receive more product than d 'other. Too high a concentration may cause irritation or allergies to the scalp; on the other hand, a lack of shampoo on an area results in an approximate wash. This phenomenon is reinforced by the amount of shampoo needed to neutralize the salts in the water before the foam occurs. The user deduces that the hair is still dirty and performs cycles of washing and rinsing successive which leads to use inappropriate amounts of product.

  The same inventor filed on April 12, 1998 under number 88 04803 a patent application for a bottle of shampoo that solved some of these disadvantages. It turned out that the modification of the packaging of shampoos was tricky: The development of the bottle calls into question the packaging line of the product and generates additional costs of the bottle which reduces a little economic interest for the user.

  The device for arranging the bottle is consumable under the same conditions as the bottle, which in terms of the environment is not a benefit.

  Its basic principle is to dilute, in an autonomous and reusable device, before the washing operation, a dose of shampoo adapted according to the volume, the nature and the state of the hair at a dose of water respecting the most favorable water / shampoo ratio. This mixture is then distributed, using the device according to the invention, homogeneously over the entire surface of the hair and scalp. - 3 -

  With this in mind, the invention relates to an autonomous dispatcher mixing device characterized in that it comprises: - A graduated tank acting as mixing chamber designed so that it is possible to generate a pressure in the chamber of compression mixing of said chamber.

  - A plug, adapting to the mixing chamber, receiving a precise dose of shampoo, comprises means for evenly distributing the water / shampoo mixture.

  - A system of graduation or adjustment of the doses of water and shampoo allowing the user to carry out mixing in good proportions and hydrotimetric measurements.

  The invention will be better understood and the advantages thereof will become clear in the light of the following description which is given by way of example and with reference to the accompanying drawings in which - FIG. a schematic view in elevation and in section of a device according to the invention; - Figure 2 is a schematic elevational view of the right side of the device according to the invention.

  Referring more particularly to Figures 1 and 2, there is shown: - A water tank (1 2 and 4) preferably made of transparent or translucent plastic material. This tank is designed so that the bottom (1) and the neck (4) are quite rigid while the middle part is softer or made bellows. Accordingly the water tank can be used as a pump to increase the pressure inside thereof to eject the water / shampoo mixture in the distribution phase described later.
