Abstract

Clip is designed to hold the neck of a plastic preform (3), bottle or similar article between a curved outer thrust surface (2) and an inner bar (4) pressed against it by a spring (5) and lever (7). The shape of the thrust surface can be adapted to suit the outer diameter of the neck, and the bar, and the bar can be applied against its inner surface vertically, at an angle or in a pivoting motion. Clip is designed to hold the neck of a plastic preform (3), bottle or similar article between a curved outer thrust surface (2) and an inner bar (4) pressed against it by a spring (5) and lever (7). The shape of the thrust surface can be adapted to suit the outer diameter of the neck, and the bar, and the bar can be applied against its inner surface vertically, at an angle or in a pivoting motion.
