Abstract

  Internal sole The invention relates to a removable internal sole, known as a first insole, comprising an anti-slip means preventing the sliding thereof in the shoe.

  Document US 4,897,937 proposes a solution where a base layer is disposed between the insole and the bottom of the shoe. This base layer includes a plurality of protruding elements serving to retain the insole. Such a solution, in addition to being expensive since it requires the molding of an additional part, is not desirable in use of the mountain boot, ski or skating type.

  Indeed in all these sports the footwear element already includes multiple layers of sole and no attempt is made to add an additional one. This is particularly the case for alpine ski boots in which a flexible boot is inserted. This liner includes an outer sole, a mounting sole and an inner sole. The solution which consists in supplementing this stack with a base layer goes against the search for performance which, in order to improve the quality of transmission of the forces between the ski and the user, attempts to reduce the number of layers who interpose.

  In the particular case of ski boots, the problem of the sliding of the inner sole inside the boot is particularly crucial during heaving. It is very difficult in such a shoe to combine, good foot hold, ease of putting on / taking off and waterproofing, this is why the opening of the shoe is very often minimal, allowing just the foot to penetrate. the liner or to extract it, this being particularly true for the front part of the foot. When the user removes his foot, the entire metatarsophalangeal flexion zone remains in contact with the inner sole 30 before being able to peel off to continue its extraction upwards.

  In the first part of the extraction of the foot, it exerts a pressure down against the insole and at the same time it is pulled back. Depending on the flexibility of it, it will be found more or less in an "accordion", making the next boot impossible. However, the insole must remain easily removable to facilitate drying of the latter out of the liner. The use of an anti-slip material based on rubber or similar products is not recommended because they could hinder even the extraction or the manual fitting of the sole.

  The objective of the invention is to overcome the above drawbacks, and in particular to provide a sole fitted with an anti-slip means.

  The object of the invention is achieved by providing a sole, the lower surface of which is equipped with a non-slip insert consisting of a piece of abrasive paper.

  Advantageously, the insert is placed in the metatarsophalangeal flexion zone. Preferably, the sole includes a recessed area into which the insert is potentially inserted.

  The invention will be better understood and other characteristics thereof will become apparent on reading the description which follows to which the drawing is appended.

  Figure 1 is a sectional view of a ski boot comprising a sole according to the invention.

  Figure 2 is a bottom view of the insole of Figure 1.

  Figure 1 shows a sectional view of a ski boot 1. It comprises a shell 2 made by injection molding of a plastic material. Inside this shell is inserted an element of internal comfort. This element of internal comfort takes the form of a liner 3 which is removable.

  In general, the liner is made, that is to say that different pieces of fabric or plastic are assembled by sewing or gluing to make the liner 3. In the example described, the liner comprises a first assembly 4, called first strobel, on which the rod is sewn.

  The first strobel 4 is a fiber-based material which provides an upper surface which is not perfectly smooth.

  After the upper is attached by sewing to the first strobel 4, an outer sole 5 of the liner 3 is glued under the first strobel 4. This outer sole protects and seals the seams.

  The insole 6, also called the first insole, is placed on the bottom of the liner in contact with the first strobel. It comprises a layer of felt 7, a layer of foam 8 and a layer of fabric 9 covering the layer of foam 8. Of course this particular construction of the insole is not particular and the invention can be applied whatever the construction of the insole. The felt layer 7 comprises on its lower surface at the level of the metatarsophalangeal flexion zone 35 a recess 10 of rectangular shape. The rectangular shape is not limiting for the realization of the invention.

  Inside this recess 10 is partially housed an anti-slip insert 11. The anti-slip insert 11, visible in FIG. 2, consists of an abrasive paper. It is a commercially available paper that is normally used for sanding light hard materials such as wood, plaster, plastic or certain resins. It consists of a sheet of paper or fabric on which a coating comprising abrasive particles has been placed.

  Advantageously, the abrasive paper provides anti-slip properties only when a certain pressure is exerted on it. In this case, for the sandpaper to be effectively anti-slip, this pressure must be exerted from top to bottom. This is effectively the case when, during the extraction of the foot from the shoe, the projecting parts of the metatarsal phalangeal joint exert strong pressure against the internal sole while withdrawing towards the rear of the liner. Thus the risk of seeing the front part of the inner sole 6 being driven towards the rear forming an "accordion" is nonexistent.

  On the other hand, when the user wishes to remove the sole to be able to dry it and at the time of putting it back, the non-slip characteristics of the insert are lessened by the fact that no vertical pressure is then exerted on the inner sole. .

  In another embodiment of the invention, the abrasive paper is replaced by coating with a paint gun or a brush an abrasive amalgam. In this embodiment, the bonding or sewing of the abrasive insert is avoided.

  On the other hand, one can also consider placing the insert not on the sole but in the bottom of the footwear. A similar result is then obtained.

  The invention is not limited to the single embodiment described by way of example and it can be implemented in all types of shoes for which similar problems arise.

  1- Insole (6) for footwear (3) capable of being removed from said footwear, said sole (6) having an upper surface intended to support the foot of a user and a lower surface resting on the bottom of footwear, sole characterized in that it comprises an anti-slip insert (11) placed at the level of the metatarsophalangeal joint.   2- insole according to claim 1, characterized in that the non-slip insert (11) consists of an abrasive paper.   3- insole according to claim 1, characterized in that said lower surface comprises a recess (10) in which is placed the anti-slip insert (11).   4- Insole according to claim 1, characterized in that the non-slip insert (11) is constituted by the coating of an abrasive amalgam.   5- Footwear fitted with an insole capable of being removed from said footwear, characterized in that an abrasive insert (11) is disposed between a lower surface of said inner sole and the bottom of said footwear.   6- footwear according to claim 5, characterized in that the abrasive insert (11) is fixed on the lower surface of said inner sole.
