Description
The invention relates to a slipper for sports shoes, particularly suitable for shoes used in sports such as skiing. It also relates to a method of manufacturing such a shoe. Finally, it also relates to a sports shoe comprising such a shoe.
A ski boot consists of a rigid rod surrounding a comfort boot in which the skier slides his foot. Such a liner comprises a tab in its front part, which can deviate under the pressure of the foot through a notch of the shoe upper to facilitate the boot and the heaving of the shoe. The function of such a shoe is to ensure the comfort of the skier despite the high pressure exerted by the rigid stem of the ski boot, which goes up to the skier's tibia.
According to a solution of the prior art, the wall of such a shoe comprises an inner layer, in contact with the skier's leg, made by the union of several separate parts juxtaposed, to facilitate its manufacturing process, to allow use several different materials and form aesthetic effects visible from the top of the ski boot. In such a solution, these different distinct parts are fixed by a seam, which is generally joined returned to make it invisible and make the shoe aesthetically attractive. The disadvantage of this solution is however to present a thicker line at this seam, likely to generate painful points since it is directly in contact and strongly pressed against the skier's leg during the practice of skiing and more particularly during knee flexions.
An alternative embodiment is to opt for single seams edge to edge, especially when one of the materials of one of the two parts is relatively rigid since in such a case the turning of the seam is not possible. These simple seams do not have the disadvantage of discomfort seams returned but have a less attractive aesthetic appearance.
In addition, beyond the aspects of comfort and aesthetics, all seams have the disadvantage of wear over time which limits the life of the shoes.
There is therefore a need for a new sports shoe boot structure that allows to reap the benefits of existing solutions without the disadvantages.
A first object of the present invention is therefore to provide a shoe boot slipper with improved comfort and aesthetics.
A second object of the present invention is to provide a shoe slipper more resistant to wear over time.
According to the concept of the invention, the liner comprises an inner layer in several juxtaposed separate parts fixed by a weld, for example of ultrasound or high frequency type.
The invention is more precisely defined by the claims.
These objects, features and advantages of the present invention will be set forth in detail in the following description of a particular embodiment made in a non-limiting manner in relation to the single attached figure, which is a perspective view from above of a ski boot liner according to an embodiment of the invention.
The inner layer of the wall of the liner comprises on the upper rear part a V-
The two
On the other hand, the particular positioning of
The invention also relates to the method of manufacturing such a ski boot liner, comprising the step of forming the inner layer of the wall of the liner, that is to say intended to come into contact with the foot and the skier's leg, from several different parts fixed together by a weld.
- la liaison entre ces différentes surfaces intérieures ne forme plus un bourrelet, ce qui améliore le confort du chausson, tout en lui donnant un aspect esthétique attrayant car il n'y a pas de couture apparente ;
- il faut noter que la soudure représente un surcoût initial par rapport à la couture, qui explique notamment que l'homme du métier n'a jamais utilisé cette solution de fixation pour les surfaces intérieures d'un chausson de chaussure de sport. La mise en évidence du problème technique de l'inconfort des coutures est un apport important de l'invention ;
- the connection between these different interior surfaces no longer forms a bead, which improves the comfort of the liner, while giving it an attractive aesthetic appearance because there is no apparent seam;
- it should be noted that the weld represents an initial additional cost compared to the seam, which explains in particular that the skilled person has never used this fixing solution for the interior surfaces of a shoe boot slipper. The highlighting of the technical problem of seam discomfort is an important contribution of the invention;
- finally, the solution adopted provides the secondary advantage of greater resistance to wear, especially in the friction zones with the feet of the skier in the phases of boot and heave, and thus increases the life of the shoes.
In the embodiment described, the weld has been specifically implemented for portions of slipper visible and underfoot rubbing. However, the seams are likely to cause hard spots in all areas around the foot or the user's leg and still have a limited life. Moreover, since the welding technique is implemented for a certain zone of the inner layer of the liner, it may also be advantageous to use it for other zones and the spirit of the invention is limited to therefore not at its location at a particular place of the inner layer of the wall of a slipper. Moreover, even if the mentioned problem of lack of comfort does not apply to seams positioned on outer layers of the bootie, since they are not directly in contact with the foot or the leg of the skier but behind a layer of foam, it may be useful to replace these seams by welds to take advantage of the tooling available for the manufacturing process and increase the life of the shoe.
On entend donc par chausson de manière élargie toute partie de confort, à l'intérieur d'une chaussure, qui remplit les fonctions de confort, d'isolation...Finally, the concept of the invention can be implemented on any boot of sport shoe, distinct or not a shoe shank, removable or not, strongly pressed against the foot or leg. So we mean by slipper enlarged any part of comfort, inside a shoe, which performs the functions of comfort, insulation ...
