Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système d'assistance technique à distance pour la surveillance, l'installation, la réparation, la maintenance et/ou la modification d'équipements distants d'un centre d'assistance technique. Selon l'invention, on transmet une image de l'équipement à dépanner au centre d'assistance technique (20) et celui-ci renvoie des codes d'instruction se rapportant à des instructions visuelles ou sonores préenregistrées dans une unité (11) présente sur le site de l'équipement à dépanner. Ces instructions visuelles ou sonores décrivent des opérations à effectuer sur l'équipement.
