Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to a one-piece clothespin.

  It is intended to allow the attachment of clothing or pieces of

  fabrics on a stretched cord or a rod to ensure their drying after washing.

  Devices of this kind are most often formed of two articulated pieces of wood or plastic associated with a metal spring having the role of causing the clamping of these pieces on the laundry to be dried in order to keep it on

  The manufacturing can however be carried out by injection, in particular

  using multi-cavity molds.

  The width of each clamp may vary depending on the intended uses. It could for example be of the order of 2 cm for everyday use, and

  5 cm for drying heavy parts.

  The positioning of the various constituent elements gives the object of the invention a maximum of useful effects which had not, to date, been obtained by

similar devices.

One-piece clothespin, intended to allow the fixing of clothes or pieces of fabric on a stretched rope or a rod to ensure their drying after washing, characterized in that it consists of a single block (1) of material synthetic having a certain elasticity, said block comprising a notch (2) in "inverted V" provided with notches (3) on its edges allowing to have the pliers astride the rope or the rod supporting the linen and to exert a tightening controlled from   laundry by pushing the clamp more or less.   2. Clothespin according to any one of the claims   above, characterized by the fact that the block (1) is substantially parallelepiped.   30. Clothespin according to any one of claims   above, characterized by the fact that the notch (2) has on its two edges corrugations forming notches (3) rounded convex, of decreasing dimensions from the bottom to the top.   40. Clothespin according to any one of claims   above, characterized in that it has at its upper part two projecting lateral flanges (4) arranged to allow, by exerting pressure,   spread the clamp to facilitate its installation.   50. Method for manufacturing one-piece clothespins conforming to   the subject of the preceding claims,   characterized in that said clothespins are produced by cutting a profile (7) extruded continuously by means of well-known known equipment, said profile comprising a notch (2) longitudinal in "V" shape provided with notches (3) on its sides.   9. Method for manufacturing one-piece clothespins conforming to the subject of claims 1 to 7,   characterized in that said clothespins are produced by injection. .
