Abstract

Description

SUSPENSION DEVICE, PARTICULARLY FOR TEXTILE PART
The subject of the present invention is a hanger type suspension device, intended in particular, but not exclusively, for hanging textile pieces, in particular with a view to their exposure to the public.

It is known to present clothes to the public by placing them on hangers bearing, by means of a hook, on a horizontal bar or rod.

It is also known to present textile articles or the like elongated, and generally flexible, such as ties, belts, suspenders, on elements forming small hangers, and having at their lower part a groove in which can be introduced the article. Their upper part has a hook which can come to surround a rod or more generally a horizontal support. However, these elements are narrow, so that their application is limited to the articles for which they were designed.

Such elements cannot support relatively large textile pieces, and in particular knitted pieces which have a natural tendency to slip.

The object of the present invention is to remedy this drawback.

According to the present invention, the suspension device comprising a frame having at its upper part a suspension hook is characterized in that, on the frame is provided at least one clamp.

Thus, once the clamp has been placed on the article, it is possible to suspend it as indicated above.

Of course, on the same frame, several clamps may be provided, possibly distributed in parallel and horizontal rows, when the device is in a vertical position.

According to another characteristic of the present invention, the clip (s) are of the paper clip type. That is to say, they work by a lateral elasticity as in the case of paper clips used to temporarily join a set of sheets of paper.

Other characteristics and advantages of the present invention will appear during the following description of a particular embodiment, given solely by way of nonlimiting example, with reference to the drawings which represent - FIG. 1, a front view of a clip attached according to the invention - Figure 2, a vertical section along line II-II of the

In Figure 1, we see that the fastener consists of a frame 1, of generally substantially rectangular shape, integral at its upper part with a hook 2 whose central opening 3 can come around a rod or bar Support.

In the example shown, the frame 1 comprises a reserve 4 inside which is mounted, by means of an elastic tab 5, a pressure plate 6. At its lower part, the plate 6 has, on one or both sides, angular projections 7, the role of which is to prevent the sliding of the textile article, and in particular a knitted article, between the plate 6 and the frame 2.

As shown in Figure 2, the plate 6 is mounted on the tab 5 with a recess 8 which aims to impart greater elasticity to the plate 6, the introduction of a textile article between the frame and the plate causing trapping of the tissue.

When a fabric is slid between the frame 2 and the plate 6, the tab 5 is deformed and this deformation causes an elastic pressure on the fabric, which maintains it.

Devices such as the one shown in the figures are advantageously produced by molding a plastic material and for example polystyrene, polypropylene or nylon.

A hanger according to the invention can be placed on an article at the outlet of the production line.

FIG. 3 represents a clamp supporting a knitted piece T in front view, this piece being slightly deformed by the pressure exerted by the plate 6.

It goes without saying that many variants can be introduced in particular by substitution of technically equivalent means without departing from the scope of the invention.

1. Suspension device, in particular for textile articles,  consisting of a frame at the top of which is  formed a hook, characterized in that the frame (1) carries  at least one clamp (4, 5, 6). 2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that  a clamp is constituted by an opening (4) to  inside which a pressure plate (6) is inserted  the upper part of which is offset from the plane  of the frame and the upper part (7) of which  angular parts preventing the article from slipping.
