  The holding device 20 represented in FIG. 1 is intended for a digital disc 10 pierced with a central fixing orifice 11, such as a DVD, an audio CD or a CD-ROM, this list not being exhaustive. The disc 10 is round, the fixing orifice 11 also being round and being delimited by a circular edge 12. The holding device 20 is intended to be fixed on a support, for example a storage box

  The amplitude of the bending of the head 511 is sufficient to bring the vertex 514 to a certain

  distance below the thin plate 431.

  The bending of the blocking paste 41 towards the inside of the fixing orifice is then possible, and its amplitude is sufficient for the paste of

  blocking 41 reaches its retracted position.

  The displacement of the head 514 of the tongue 51 results first of all from the bending of the tongue 51 relative to the guide pastes 45 at which the

tongue 51 is attached.

  This bending of the tongue 51 is reinforced by the bending of the two parts 321b of the bottom 321 on which stand the two guide steps 45 to which the tongue 51 is attached. This bending is done in a direction perpendicular to the bottom 321, towards the face of this bottom opposite to the steps 41 and 44, which causes a bending of the guide steps 45 towards the interior of

the fixing hole 11.

  The flexion movement enabling paste 51 to reach its release position is the addition of

two flexions described above.

  Thus, to release a disc 10, held on the base 30 by the fixing member 40, the user presses with his finger on the tongue 51 located at the center of the fixing orifice 11. When the tongue 51 attelnt its release position, the user passes his finger in one of the gripping ears 323 and exerts a traction on the disc 10

to remove it from the bottom 321.

  The edge 12 of the fixing orifice 11 will then exert pressure on the rim 42 of the blocking paste 41 and on the normal edges 441 of the normal pastes 44. The blocking paste 41 will tilt towards the center of the orifice its retracted position. The normal steps 44 will also tilt towards the center of the orifice, the user then being able to clear the edge

12 of the disc of pastes 41 and 44.

  The rim 42 of the blocking paste 41 has a particularly advantageous profile to facilitate this

disc release movement.

  As shown in Figure 2, this rim 42 is supported by a lower face 421 on one side

disc 10.

  This lower face 421 forms with the upper face of the disc 10 a draft angle less than 10, generally about 6, open in a

  direction opposite to the fixing opening 11.

  An upper face 422 of the rim 42, opposite the lower face 421, can also be slightly bevelled, presenting a free cut edge, so as to facilitate the insertion of the fixing member 40 into

  lt fixing hole 11 of the disc.

  The rim 42 projects from a height of about 1.5 millimeters with respect to the outward facing face 413 of the locking paste 41. The maximum thickness separating the lower and upper faces 421 and 422 from the rim 42 varies between 3 / 10ths of a millimeter and 1 millimeter. The normal edges 441 of the normal pastes 44 are smaller than the edge 42 of the paste of

blocking 41.

  The holding device 20 is made of molded plastic, polystyrene or polypropylene for example, the different elements of this

  The purchaser of the disc thus has the proof that the disc was never removed from its support and therefore

never used.

  In yet another alternative embodiment, the base 30 comprises elastic steps 31 urging the disc 10 perpendicularly to the base city 30, in order to detach it from the latter. These elastic pastes wind in any number, for example trots distributed around the fungus formed by the fixing member 40.   The fixing member 40 includes two blocking steps 41, normal step trots 44 and step trots

guide 45.

  The blocking paste 41 is framed by two guide steps 45 in the first embodiment. These trots pastes wind replaced in the second embodiment respectively by a guide paste 45 and two blocking pastes 41 framing the guide paste 45.
