Abstract

  In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the bottom wall is generally rectangular in shape and has a first longitudinal edge connected to the main wall and a second longitudinal edge which is free and provided with at least one

  protruding stop for the files received in the device.

  In this same embodiment, the rear wall comprises a generally flat lower part connected to the bottom wall and an upper part offset towards the interior of the device with respect to the lower part to form a stop against the files received in the device. The device is advantageously made in one piece by molding a plastic material, in particular of the type

thermoplastic.

  In the invention, each of the files is advantageously made up of a folder, in particular a cardboard folder, provided with an attached tab. This reporting tab is intended for

  We first refer to Figure 1 which shows a classification device 10 according to the invention produced in the form of a support having the general shape of a triedre trirectangle and in which wind arranged several files 12.   The walls 18, 20 and 22 constitute a triangular try-in in which the files 12 are housed, the latter being held in abutment by the pressing means 26 against the

  These pressing means 26 essentially comprise a presser and an elastic link 32 interposed between this presser and the main wall 30 to urge the presser towards the bearing face 28 of the main wall 30. The presser is produced in the form of an elongated profile element , of the baguette type,

  which has a length less than the main wall 30.

  In the storage position of Figure 1, the support 10 rests by its bottom wall 18 on a horizontal surface. The

  files 12 are thus in a vertical position.

  The device can also be placed in another storage position (also called flat position), as shown in Figure 2. In this position, the support rests on a horizontal surface by its main wall 20. It follows that the wall bottom 18 is vertical, as is the rear wall 22. In this position, the backs 12 are substantially horizontal. The position of Figure 2 corresponds to a position facilitating the classification, the support 10

  We now refer to Figures 3 to 5 to more fully describe the structure of the support 10. The latter is made in one piece by molding a plastic material, in particular of the thermoplastic type, for example polyethylene. The main wall 20 (Figure 3) is generally rectangular in shape. Wile is bounded by a first longitudinal edge 38, here in the lower part, a second longitudinal edge 40, here in the upper part, a lateral edge 44, also called the front edge. The main wall 20 is connected to the bottom wall 18 along the longitudinal edge 38 and it is connected to the rear wall 22 along the side edge 42.   The label holder 36 (Figures 3 and 4) comprises a support plate 62 which extends vertically in the storage position of Figure 1 and a transparent cover 64 articulated to the support plate by a film hinge 65. Such a hinge is produced by localized thinning of the plastic to allow deformation of the cover 64. The latter is provided with a locking clip 66 capable of cooperating with the free edge 68 of the support plate to hold a label between them (not

shown).

  The main wall 20 is made in the form of a core of

  small thickness which includes stiffening ribs.

  In the example, these stiffening means comprise a main rib 70 which extends parallel between the edges 38 and 42 and to which secondary ribs 72 are attached, here six in number. Between these ribs 72, wind provided a number of openings 74. This allows for a main wall that is both light and rigid. For example, when the assembly is formed from a thermoplastic material, such as polyethylene for example, the thickness of this wall is typically less than 2 mm,

for example of the order of 1.8 mm.

  As shown in Figure 3, the main wall 20 includes two space stops 73 and 75 located above the main rib 70, the stop 73 being close to the rear wall 22 and the stop 75 being close to the opening 34 forming a handle. In the example, these two wind stops each formed by a flange of circular section, made of rubber or similar material, which is embedded in a rectangular cavity formed in the main wall. The material used must have a fairly firm Shore hardness. The stops 73 and 75 wind projecting from the bearing face 28 of the main wall 20 and wind at a sufficient distance from each other to block both 24 cm x 32 cm files and documents DIN A4 format (21 cm x 29.7 cm). The backrest is thus wedged between the two stops, allowing a push of the backrest without having to tilt

the presser to widen it.

  In the example, the bottom wall 18 and the rear wall 22 have substantially the same thickness, but are not stiffened. As can be seen in Figures 3 and 7, the rear wall 22 comprises a lower part 76, generally planar, connected to the bottom wall 18 and an upper part 78 offset towards the interior of the device relative to the lower part 76 to form a stop with regard to the files received

in the device.

  The pressure means 26 will now be described in more detail in connection with FIGS. 6 to 8. The elastic link 32 (Figures 1 and 2) extends along a longitudinal face 80 of the presser 30 on the side opposite the wall. main. The link 32 is guided in a channel 82 (Figures 6, 7 and 8) forms along the longitudinal face 80. At the two ends of the presser, the link passes, on the one hand, through the opening 60 of the rear wall 22 (Figure 5) and, on the other hand, through an opening 84 in the wall

  As shown in Figure 7, the end 88 of the presser, which is located on the side of the rear wall 22, is arranged to match the shape of this wall 22, at the level of the hook 90 formed at the limit of the parts 76 and 78. This allows

also to guide the presser.

  Referring now to Figures 9 and 10. As already indicated, the device of the invention is intended primarily to receive documents 12, such as folders, in particular cardboard folders, although other types of documents can be re, cus in the

classification system.

  There is shown in Figures 9 and 10 a portion of a shirt 12 which includes a tab 92 of cardboard intended to form a label and to be protected by a tab tab 94. An internal branch 98 and an external branch 100 are connected to this window part 96. The internal branch 98 has the shape of a triangle attached to the part 96 by a narrow strip 102. The external branch is connected to the window part 96 by two. poets of material 104 and a pointed shape which frames the internal branch 98 while being spaced from behind by a cutout 106 in the general shape of V. The internal branch 98 has two lugs 108 intended to cooperate with openings 110 arranged in the 'thickness of the shirt 12. Furthermore, this behind has an opening 112 located nearby and

Device for filing files, characterized in that it comprises a support (10) having the general shape of a triedre and comprising a bottom wall (18) arranged to be placed flat in a storage position, a main wall ( 20) connected perpendicularly to the bottom wall 18 and arranged to form a vertical bearing face (28) in said storage position and a rear wall (22) connected perpendicularly to the main wall (20) and to the bottom wall (18) and arranged to form a vertical stop in said storage position, as well as pressing means (26) agencies to elastically bias the files (12) bearing against the bearing face (28) of the wall main (20).   2. Device according to one of claims 1 to 5,   characterized in that it comprises a label holder (36) connected to the main wall (20) and to the bottom wall (18),   opposite the posterior wall (22).   7. Device according to claim 6, characterized in that the label holder (36) comprises a support plate (62) and a transparent cover (64) articulated to the support plate by a film hinge (65) and provided with a clip lock (66) for holding a label between the support plate and the transparent cover.   8. Device according to one of claims 1 to 7,   characterized in that the main wall (20) comprises a thin core having stiffening ribs (70, 72) and openings (74).   9. Device according to one of claims 1 to 8,   characterized in that the main wall (20) has a generally rectangular shape whose dimensions correspond substantially to the dimensions of the DIN A4 format to accommodate files in DIN A4 format.   10. Device according to one of claims 1 to 9,   characterized in that the main wall (20) comprises space stops (73, 75), advantageously made of rubber,   protruding on the bearing face (28).   11. Device according to one of claims 1 to 10,   characterized in that the bottom wall (18) is generally rectangular in shape and has a first longitudinal edge (38) connected to the main wall (20) and a second longitudinal edge (18) which is free and provided with at least stubborn   (50, 52) protruding for the files received in the device.   12. Device according to one of claims 1 to 11,   characterized in that the rear wall (22) comprises a generally planar lower part (76) connected to the bottom wall (18) and an upper part (78) offset towards the interior of the device with respect to the lower part (76 ) to form a stop with regard to the files received in the device.   13. Device according to one of claims 1 to 12,   characterized in that it is made in one piece by molding a plastic material, in particular of the type thermoplastic.   14.
