Abstract

The tool comprises two complementary parts which are fitted into each other. The first part is a square with a long side, having perforations, and a short side and a plate forming a right angle welded to the short side. A second part comprises a sliding collar, a pin, a flat part welded onto the collar and an identical plate welded under the flat part.
