DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a tube press bar intended to be placed at the base of a tube, generally of toothpaste or mayonnaise, generally of metal or plastic, and to ensure the winding of said tube in order to gradually empty it. the content and comprising a first means capable of serving as a winding support in its rotational movement and a second means capable of serving as a device for holding the winding in its translational movement, the connection zone of said means serving for the gripping of said bar.

 The devices of the kind in question are of several types from the point of view of their design with the principle of the progressive winding of the tube from the base until its opening with blocking, or holding, of the winding in the desired position.

They all have two parallel rods intended to receive the end of the tube and two returns for blocking the winding.

Such devices are described in patents GB-2153329 and US-5178301.

 It is for the purpose of simplification (design and manufacture) and economy that the depositor has designed a bar capable of adapting to any type of tube and of easy use.

The bar according to the invention is essentially characterized in that the first means, intended for winding, consists of a single rod, flat and elongated, adapted to receive, by folding, the end of the tube and in that the second means, intended for blocking the winding, consists of the extension of the rod of said first means which is located, in opposition, in a plane parallel or substantially parallel, to the plane passing through said first means.

 The characteristics and advantages of the invention will appear more clearly on reading the following detailed description of at least one preferred embodiment of the latter given by way of non-limiting example and shown in the accompanying drawings.

In these drawings - Figure 1 is a perspective view of the bar according to the invention; - Figure 2 is a perspective view of said bar positioned at the base of the tube on which a first folding has been carried out with a view to its beginning of winding; - Figure 3 is a perspective view of said bar in the locked position on the tube which has several windings.

 placed at the base of a tube (2), generally of toothpaste or mayonnaise, generally of metal or plastic, and ensuring the winding of said tube in order to gradually empty the contents and comprising a first means (3 ) capable of serving as a winding support in its rotational movement (C) and a second means (4) capable of serving as a device for maintaining the winding in its translational movement (D), the connection zone of said means for gripping said bar.

The bar according to the invention is characterized in that: - the means (3) consists of a single, flat and elongated rod, adapted to receive, by folding (B), the end of the tube (2); - The means (4) consists of the extension of said rod (3) which is located, in opposition, in a plane parallel, or substantially parallel, to the plane passing through the rod (3).

According to particular features of the invention, the bar (1) can be obtained: - by cutting and folding a profile element; - by stamping and folding of a sheet metal element; - by injection molding.

The operation of the bar is as follows: - the part (3) of the bar is placed at the base of the tube which is folded over it according to the arrow (B); - the tube is then wound on said part (3) according to the arrow (C); - the part (4) of the bar is moved to the other side of the tube according to the arrow (D) so as to prevent its unwinding; - to unlock the bar, it must be moved according to the arrow (E).

Locking is normally carried out all complete rotations of the bar, i.e. every 3600.

To lock out every half-turn, remove the bar, rotate it 1800 and put it back in the locked position.

 Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiments described and shown for which other variants can be provided, in particular in: - the nature, the shapes and the dimensions of the rods used; - the manufacturing techniques used; without departing from the scope of the invention.

Claims (4)

1-Tube press bar (1) intended to be placed at the base of a tube (2), generally of toothpaste or mayonnaise, generally of metal or plastic, and to ensure the winding of said tube in order to gradually empty the contents thereof and comprising a first means (3) capable of serving as a winding support in its rotational movement (C) and a second means (4) capable of serving as a device for maintaining the winding in its movement translation (D); the connection zone of said means used for gripping said strip; characterized in that the means (3) consists of a single, flat and elongated rod, adapted to receive, by bending (B), the end of the tube (2) and the means (4) consists of the extension of the rod (3) which is located, in opposition, in a plane parallel, or substantially parallel, to the plane passing through the rod (3).  2-strip according to claim 1, characterized in that it is obtained by cutting and folding a profile element.  3-strip according to claim 1, characterized in that it is obtained by stamping and folding of a sheet metal element.  4-bar according to claim 1, characterized in that it is obtained by injection molding.
