Abstract

  s The present invention relates more particularly to an arrangement for mounting a stretcher support on the external face of a side wall inclined, relative to the vertical, of a recessed light box, of the type in which the support comprises at least one upright which, when the support o occupies its position mounted on the side wall, is generally vertical and which carries a stretcher arm, of the type in which the support comprises at least one angle compensating element which is provided for come to bear against the external face of the

  According to this type of mounting, the box comprises stretcher arms which extend substantially horizontally from the side walls of the box, towards the outside, and which allow the box to rest on crosspieces arranged in the ceiling. Each stretcher arm is mounted adjustable in height on a stretcher support which is fixed on the external face of a

  associated side wall of the box.

  Examples of embodiments are also known in which the stretcher support is fixed to the side wall of the

  box by screwing, as in document DE-A-26.54.374.

  The known arrangements for attaching a card holder to the side wall of the box are not entirely satisfactory. They have a large number of parts which penalizes

  the manufacturing cost of the box and the stretcher support.

  In addition, the operations for fixing the support to the associated lateral wall or side are too complex because the known arrangements require the use of screws, rivets or a welding step. This results in too long an assembly time, and the cost

  of installation of the box suffers.

  The invention aims to remedy these drawbacks by proposing an arrangement for mounting a stretcher support which is simpler and which allows more installation.

  Preferably, the locking lug 66 is produced by punching or stamping, and folding of the sheet forming the

o side wall 16.

  We will now describe the mounting of the support 12 on the

  side wall 16, in particular with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5.

  The support 12 is first placed in an inclined position relative to the vertical, so that each support plate s 32, 34 is inclined relative to the vertical, and always contained

  in a plane orthogonal to the side wall 16.

  When the support 12 occupies this inclined position, the tongues 46, 48 must be oriented substantially opposite the associated slots 50, 52, so that, by a translational movement o in the direction of support BB, towards the external face 44 of the side wall 16, it is possible to introduce the

  tabs. 46, 48 through the associated lights 50, 52.

  This inclined position is shown in FIG. 4.

  Note in this figure that the lights 50, 52 are

  s offset, one relative to the other, along the vertical axis A-A.

  The support 12 is therefore moved towards the external face 44 of the side wall 16, in the direction of support BB, until each tongue 46, 48 passes through the associated lumen 50, 52 and the two plates 32, 34 are supported by their edges 40,

  so 42 against the external face 44 of the side wall 16.

  The support 12 is then pivoted around the translation axis BB, counterclockwise by considering FIG. 4 (clockwise by considering FIG. 2), until its final vertical position, or position mounted on the side wall 1 6. When the support 12 occupies its mounted position, the foot 54, 56 of each tab 46, 48 is in abutment against an associated end of the corresponding lumen 50, 52. Considering Figure 5, we see that the foot 54 is

  pressing down and the foot 56 is pressing up.

Claims (9)

  1. Arrangement for mounting a stretcher support (12) on the external face (44) of a side wall (16) inclined, with respect to the vertical (AA), of a light box (10) recessed, of the type in which the support (12) comprises at least one upright (18) which, when the support (12) occupies its position mounted on the side wall (16), is generally vertical and which carries an arm (30 ) stretcher, of the type o in which the support (12) comprises at least one element (32, 34) for adjusting the angle which is intended to come into abutment against the external face (44) of the side wall (16) associated with the box (10), characterized in that the mounting of the stretcher support (12) on the external face (44) of the side wall (16) is of the bayonet type, with the fitting of at least one lug ( 46, 48) carried by the bearing surface (40, 42) of the element (32, 34) for adjusting the square, in a notch, or light (50, 52), complementary, along an axis of translatio n (B-B) orthogonal to the side wall o (16), then pivoting of the support around its axis of translation (B-B).   2. Arrangement according to the preceding claim, characterized in that each lug is a tongue (46, 48) which, when the support (12) occupies its position mounted on the box (10), extends substantially in the direction of support (BB), through a corresponding lumen (50, 52) produced in the side wall (16), each tongue (46, 48) comprising a foot (54, 56) provided with at least one wing (58 , 60, 62, 64) which extends on one side of the foot (54, 56), transversely to the direction of support o (BB), and in that, in the mounted position, the foot (54, 56) of each tongue (46, 48) is in abutment, relative to the direction of pivoting, against an edge of the lumen (50, 52), at least one wing (60, 62) then being adjacent to a screw portion- opposite the   internal face of the side wall (16).   3. Arrangement according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the support (12) comprises two elements (32, 34) for adjusting the square which consist respectively of two parallel and symmetrical support plates s relative to a plane median (P) parallel to the support plates (32, 34), in that, in the mounted position of the support (12), the two support plates (32, 34) are substantially orthoponal to the side wall (16 ) and they have an edge (40,42) bearing against the side wall (16), and in that each edge   o support (40,42) carries a tongue (46,48).   4. Arrangement according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the wings (58, 60, 62, 64) of the tongues (46, 48) of each support plate (32, 34) are bent towards the support plate ( 32, 34) opposite, so as to describe s generally with the associated foot (54, 56), in section in a   plane parallel to the side wall (16), an arc of a circle.   5. Arrangement according to the preceding claim, characterized in that each tongue (46, 84) comprises two opposite wings (58, 60, 62, 64) which extend on each side of its foot (54, 56), and in that the tabs (46, 48) are   symmetrical with respect to the median plane (P).   6. Arrangement according to any one of the claims   3 to 5, characterized in that the side wall (16) has two separate slots (50, 52) which are associated respectively with each tab (46,48).   7. Arrangement according to the preceding claim, characterized in that each light (50, 52) describes an arc of a circle substantially the same length as the arc of a circle described by the wings (58, 60, 62, 64) and the foot (54, 56) of each tongue (46,48).   8.
