Abstract

The support container (1) is for a toothpaste tube (4) which has a tubular cylindrical shape with a discharge outlet (42) at the top and a closed bottom. The support has a tubular receiving container (2) to receive the toothpaste tube and a base cup (3) to hold the receiving container in a set angular position. The cup is removably attached to the lower end of the receiving tube.

"Support device for a paste dispenser, in particular for a tube of toothpaste" The present invention relates to a support device for a paste dispenser, in particular for a tube of tooth paste.

Here are concerned all the dispensers of dough of substantially tubular shape, the upper parts of which are provided with dough outlet orifices and the lower parts of which are closed by welding, folding, sealing or any other suitable technique. Mention may be made, for example, of tubes of toothpaste, tubes of cream or gel used in cosmetics or in medical treatment, or also tubes of paint.

Toothpaste tube users are frequently faced with the problem of storing tubes on the edge of a bathroom sink. A frequently adopted solution consists in placing these tubes of toothpaste in a glass or a goblet or in a vase or pot provided for this purpose. However, these storage methods are impractical and frequently unsightly, the tubes of toothpaste being more often than not abandoned directly on the sink edges.

The present invention aims to remedy these drawbacks by proposing a support device for a paste dispenser, in particular a tube of toothpaste, which provides the user of this dispenser with both a function of stable position of this dispenser and a function of cache for aesthetic or playful purpose.

This objective is achieved with a support device for a dough dispenser comprising a container of substantially tubular shape having its upper part provided with a dough outlet device and its lower part closed.

According to the invention, this support device comprises - a receiving body of substantially tubular shape arranged to receive the container of said dough dispenser and having an upper open end so that the outlet device extends outside of said receiving body, - and means for holding said receiving body in a determined angular position, these holding means being detachably coupled at a lower end to said receiving body.

There is thus a support which can receive a tube of toothpaste while ensuring that this tube is held in a determined position, for example in a vertical position. In addition, the external face of the receiving body of the support device according to the invention can be advantageously decorated by means for example of conventional screen printing, engraving or printing techniques. The decoration patterns can of course be of any kind and any style. Furthermore, the receiving body may have any section, round, square, elliptical, ovoid, etc., and be provided with a handle or a handle. This receiving body can for example have the shape of an ancient column.

Preferably, the lower end of the receiving body is open to allow the introduction of the dough dispenser. This is the simplest method of introducing the paste dispensing tube into the receiving body of the support device according to the invention. In a first alternative embodiment of a support device according to the invention, the receiving body is of the unibody type, preferably provided at its lower end with a flare.

In a second alternative embodiment, the receiving body is made from two half-cylinders connected together according to the director and arranged to be closed around the container of the dough dispenser. Each half-cylinder has a flare on its lower end.

The holding means of the support device according to the invention may comprise a capsule which extends radially beyond the receiving body to ensure stable holding of the receiving body. This capsule can also include on its underside suction cup means.

Holes are preferably provided in the capsule to let the pass so as not to hinder the operation of the mechanism of the dough dispenser.

Other advantages and characteristics of the invention will appear on examining the detailed description of a mode of implementation in no way limiting, and the appended drawings in which - Figure 1 illustrates three characteristic phases of implementation of #uvre 'A support device according to the invention; - Figure 2 is a sectional view of a first embodiment of a support device according to the invention of the unibody type; - Figure 3 a detailed view of a particular mode of coupling by screwing a capsule to the receiving body of a support device according to the invention; - Figure 4 illustrates the installation of a dough tube within a support device according to the invention of the two-part type; and - Figure 5 illustrates the support device shown in Figure 4 in the actual holding situation of a tube of dough.

We will now describe, with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, a first alternative embodiment of a support device according to the invention, of the unibody type.

The support device 1 according to the invention comprises, with reference to FIGS. 1 (a) and 2, a receiving body 2, of tubular structure of section suitable for receiving a tube of toothpaste, and a capsule 3 intended to be fixed to the part lower 21 of the receiving body 2 which has decorative or advertising patterns 5 on its external surface.

The lower part 23 of the receiving body 2 is provided with a flare or a flange 21. The capsule 3, made of a flexible or elastic material, has a flange 30 intended to cover the flange 21. The capsule 3, the bottom 33 is provided with holes 31 in order to allow air to pass between the inside of the receiving body 2 and the outside when a tube of dough 4 is inserted into this receiving body 2, extends radially beyond the body receiver to ensure stability in vertical position of the support device 1.

The insertion of the dough tube 4 is carried out by the user from the lower opening of the receiving body 2 'until the dough outlet device 42 of this tube is completely outside the body receiver 2 and that the lower end 43 of said tube comes into substantial abutment against the flange 21 of the receiver body 2, with reference to FIG. 1 (b). The user can then fix the capsule 3 by clipping onto the lower part 23 of the receiving body 2. the support device 1 is then operational and can be placed on a substantially flat surface S (FIG. 1 (c).

In another method of fixing the capsule illustrated in FIG. 3, the receiving body 200 of the support device is provided at its lower end with an external thread 210, while the capsule 300 provided on the inside face of its side wall with a internal thread 310 provided to cooperate with the external thread 210 of the capsule.

In a second alternative embodiment of a support device according to the invention illustrated by FIGS. 4 and 5, the receiving body 2 ′ of the support device 1 ′ is made up of two semi-cylindrical parts 2A, 2B connected together by a flexible hinge 25 , each semi-cylindrical part comprising at its lower end a flared portion or flange portion 21A, 21B. The dough tube 4 is arranged against the inner face of one of the semi-cylindrical parts while the other semi-cylindrical part is closed this tube, the two semi-cylindrical parts being fixed to each other by conventional fixing means such as fixing lugs or tabs (not shown), to form the receiving body 2 ′ on the lower part of which can then be clipped a capsule 3 of the type described above, reference to FIG. 5.

Of course, the invention is not limited to the examples which have just been described and numerous modifications can be made to these examples without departing from the scope of the invention.

CLAIMS 1. Support device (1) for a paste dispenser (4), in particular a tube of toothpaste, this paste dispenser (4) comprising a container of substantially tubular shape (41) having its upper part provided with a device dough outlet (42) and its closed lower part (43), characterized in that it comprises - a receiving body (2) of substantially tubular shape arranged to receive the container (41) of said dough dispenser (4) and having an upper end (22) open so that the dough outlet device (42) extends outside of said receiving body), - and means (3) for holding said receiving body (2) in a position determined angular, holding means (3) being removably coupled to a lower end (23) of said receiving body (2). 2. Device (1) support according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower end (23) of the receiving body (2) is open to allow the introduction of the dough dispenser (4). 3. Support device (1) according to one of claims 1 or 2 characterized in that the receiving body (2) is of the unibody type. 4. Support device (1) according to claim 3, characterized in that the unibody receiving body (2) is provided at its lower end (23) with a flare (21). . Support device (1 ') according to one of claims or 2, characterized in that the receiving body (2') is produced from two half-cylinders (2A, 2B) interconnected by means of connection ( 25) and agencies to be closed around the container (41) of the dough dispenser (4). Support device (1 ') according to claim 5, characterized in that each half-cylinder has a flare (21A, 21B) on the lower end. 7. Support device (1, l ') according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the holding means (3) comprise a capsule. . Support device (1, l ') according to claim 7, characterized in that the capsule (3) extends radially beyond the receiving body (2) to ensure stable maintenance of said receiving body (2). 9. Support device according to one of claims 7 or 8, characterized in that the capsule comprises on the underside of the suction means. 10. Support device (1, 1 ') according to one of claims 7 to 9, characterized in that holes (31, 311, 312) are formed in the capsule (3).
