Il existe d' autres systèmes qui consistent de remplacer une couture ou un rivet du passant par un bouton pression, mais celà est plus coûteux.De plus ces systèmes sont pas pratique à attacher, dû au manque de visibilité. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients. Il comporte en effet selon une première caractéristique, un fourreau ouvert sur sa partie supérieure et une lanière faisant office de passant et de rabat.Cette lanière a une extrémité fixé au bas du dos du fourreau côté extérieur et traverce celui ci sur le haut par une fente, pour venir se rabattre sur le devant du fourreau. L'extrémité de la laniére rabattue s'attache sur le devant de l'étui par un bouton pression ou une bande auto- agrippante, comme le rabat d'un étui classique.La fente située en haut du dos du fourreau laisse coulisser la lanière.La partie de la lanière comprise entre la fixation au bas du dos du fourreau et son passage dans la fente,forme un passant nécéssaire à l'attache de l'étui à la ceinture; l'autre partie de la lanière étant le rabat.L'écart entre la fixation au bas du dos du fourreau et la fente de celui ci correspond à la largeur du support , dans notre cas une ceinture.
