Abstract

A floating board, designed to support the upper part of the body of a person in the water, has a transparent window for underwater viewing. The window is made from two layers of plexiglass with the gap between them filled with fresh water through a filling hole with a stopper. The remainder of the board is hollow, with a stoppered hole for removing any water that seeps in. It also has two grab handles at the front and a carrying handle at the rear, and can be fitted with a detachable sunshade.

Description

The present invention relates to a floating board provided with a transparent porthole allowing underwater vision.

This board includes a floating hull which allows to support the human body in a horizontal position and equipped with a porthole of underwater vision in plexiglass and a sun visor protecting the upper part of the body from head to waist, from rays solar. Only the lower limbs with non-flippers are submerged.

The ergonomically shaped board is designed for user comfort in a horizontal position. The support is provided by two projections at the front of the shell, the position of the wrists being less tiring for the user.

The partly hollow hull which allows better buoyancy. A drain plug is provided in the event of water infiltration.
