  A shower column is a prefabricated functional assembly, comprising all the usual components of a shower, such as taps, showers, water supply pipes ... More and more often, these shower columns also include nozzles , emitting

hydromassage jets.

  In their current embodiment, the shower columns are fixed, that is to say that their components, in particular the nozzles for hydromassage jets, cannot be adjusted in height, to adapt to

  various sizes and / or user morphologies.

  The present invention aims to avoid this drawback, by providing a height-adjustable shower column, so as to adapt to each user and thus allow optimal use,

  this shower column also offers great ease of adjustment.

  To this end, the shower column, object of the invention, essentially consists, in combination: - of a rear part intended to be fixed against a support wall, and provided with vertical slides, - of a functional block mounted movable in translation vertically along the slides of the rear part, the functional block carrying at least one hand shower and at least one tap for controlling water distribution, - means for temporarily blocking the functional block at the desired height, relative to the rear part, and - at least one water supply hose, starting from a fixed point and ending at a point of the height-adjustable functional block. Thus, the inventive idea here consists in making a shower column comprising a fixed rear part, which can be installed against a wall, and a functional block adjustable in height, to adapt to the size and the morphology of the user. . The functional block advantageously carries not only one or two hand showers, for example a fixed hand shower and a hand shower, but also a set of nozzles emitting hydromassage jets, and it is in this latter configuration that the invention presents the more interest.
