Abstract

The invention concerns a slat bedspring with wide vertical movement amplitude, capable of matching and maintaining in an ideal position, the anatomical profile of each user during sleep. It consists of an assembly of slats (1), provided with longitudinal slots (2) supported at their two ends by a rod (3), sliding in a bore (10), provided through and through, on the vertical post (9), of the bedspring. Each rod (3) is urged to be supported on a draw spring (12) fixed beneath said vertical post by means of a washer (13) and a screw (14). Thus, each slat (1) will be adjusted in height in use according to the sleeper's anatomical profile, while efficiently maintaining him.

  The present invention relates to a box spring, capable of

  push and maintain in an ideal position the profile

  anatomical of each user, during sleep, in particular

  that of the lumbar region, which, if not respected

  is one of the main causes of pain upon waking, or

  just discomfort during sleep.

  The vast majority of current box springs are made up of slats which, due to their design, have practically no

  vertical range of motion, relative to each other

  The bed base according to the invention overcomes this drawback. It is indeed composed of a set of round slats very close to each other, and each, capable

  With reference to these drawings, the bed base is composed of a set of round slats (1), provided at each end with a groove (2) and a bore (3). Each slat (1) is positioned on two rods (4), each placed inside a long spring (5). The rod (4) and the spring (5) are

  secured by a pin (6). The rods (4) are

  vertically, by a bore (7), provided in its upper part

  of a counterbore, in which the spring comes to rest

  (5). The bores (7) are therefore machined all along the

  aunts (8) of the box spring. Thus the slats (1) are held in suspension, and can slide vertically, above the uprights (8) of the bed base. Feet (9) hold the

  two raised uprights (8), allowing the rods (4) to work

  completely pour said uprights (8), if necessary.

  The connection between the slat (1) and the rod (4) is obtained

  bare thanks to one end of the spring (5), finished in a loop,

  which is placed in the groove (2) and penetrates into the

grooving (3) of said slat (1).

  To replace the classic mattress, each slat (1) can be wrapped in a foam duffel, covered with

  ticking, thus giving this box spring all its effectiveness.

  The round slats give maximum comfort, while limiting the wear of the foam mattress or duffel, placed

  above. The hardness of the springs will be adapted to the weight of the

  1) Round slatted base, with a large range of motion   vertical, characterized in that it comprises a set of round slats (1), each provided at each end with a   groove (2) and a hole (3), thanks to which the   expensive a spring (5), itself integral with a rod (4), by a pin (6).   2) Bed base according to claim 1, characterized in that   that it comprises two uprights (8), machined all along the per-   slots (7), in which the rods (4) slide, surmounted by slats (1).
