DESCRIPTION

  The present invention comprises an apparatus to be fixed on the flexible tubes in order to make their emptying less tedious. The emptying of the tubes is traditionally carried out by pressing on the tube. After a certain volume of the ejected content, the part of the tube which has been subjected to pressure, due to its elasticity, partially fills during another pressure. The more we advance towards the end of the emptying, it is necessary each time to re-enter the tube, to raise the product forward, possibly to roll the empty part, take the desired volume of product and, when released, the empty rear part is unwound thus forcing the renewal of the operation during the

next use.

  The apparatus according to the invention makes it possible to overcome

  these drawbacks and emptying the tube thoroughly.

  Each tube model will receive the appropriate device for

its dimensions.

  It has two parts: A and B The part A: called winding (fig. 1/3) consists of a body of square / split section over a length greater than that of the bottom of the tube, bevelled at the end open from the slot, fitted at the other end with a lever (C), it is used to wind the

empty part of the tube (fig. 2/3).

  The part B: so-called non-return (fig. 1/3) consists of a female part of square section allowing the fitting of the part A facilitated by the beveling of it (fig. 3/3), it is extended by a part (D) which prevents the unwinding of the empty part wound on

the part (A).

  / -2 - The use of the device is defined as follows: 1) after a certain emptying of the tube, at the moment when the pressure becomes tiresome, slide the beginning of the flat rear part set with the tube (by the left or by the right) in the slot of part A (fig. 1/3 and 2/3). 2) grasp the lever C of the part A (fig. 1/3) rotate it forwards in order to cause the empty part of the tube to wind completely on the part A (as shown on the elevation of the figure 2/3), avoid creases and do not compress the product too much because when you unscrew the cap the product would come out by itself. 3) Hold the lever C and engage the part B on the part A so that its part D passes under the tube, (view on the left fig.2 / 3) release the lever C; by the elasticity of the wound part the part D of the part B will come into contact with the tube (see D fig. 2/3) thus preventing the

unfolding of the empty part.

  We can consider that the tube is full again, it is enough, the device positioned, to press on the tube to take product, when the pressure returns tedious, dislodge part B, wind the empty part on part A and replace Exhibit B.

  Once the tube is empty, recover the device.

Claims (2)

  1) Device to be fixed on flexible tubes containing soft products, characterized in that it comprises two parts: Part A (fig. 1/3), called the maneuver, consists of a body of square section, split over a length higher than the bottom of the tube, bevelled at its   end, it is provided at the other end with a lever (C) on which action will be taken to wind the part of the tube emptied of its contents.   The part B (fig. 1/3) called non-return consists of a female part of square section allowing   the interlocking of part A (fig. 1/3 and 3/3), it is extended by a part (D) which passes under the empty part of the tube wound on part A, preventing unwinding thereof 15 (fig. 2/3).   2) The apparatus according to claim 1 characterized in that it will be adaptable to all of the tubes containing   soft products, it will be made to the dimensions of each.
