Abstract

The invention concerns a universal hook iron having a retaining connection piece which can receive the end pieces of standard hook irons and which, associated with a pulling device, a catching device, a sheath and a manoeuvring device, can use the tension imparted to the wire whereto the hook is caught to be guided thereto. In the non-traditional use of the hook iron, the user places the wire in the catching device, then actuates the manoeuvring device. The pulling device drives the wire into the retaining connecting piece until the stem of the hook deeply penetrates therein. The hook, retained by the hook iron, can then be easily removed.

The present invention relates to a positioning tubular disgorger

  Hooks can have very different shapes and sizes. To adapt the disgorger according to the invention to this multiplicity of cases, the holding tip I can be interchangeable, removable and replaceable by the tip best suited to the situation.   As shown in Figure 20, the attachment device 4b has a protruding portion which is placed against the inside of the holding nozzle 1 at the moment it enters it. This produces a force that clamps the wire 6 and ensures the holding for the rest of the maneuver of the disgorger according to the invention. The attachment device 4b may comprise reinforced adhesion portions where the wire 6 is retained. These reinforced adhesion parts may for example be made of rubber or with ridges made on the surfaces that are in contact with the wire. The prominent portion of the hooking device 4b has rounded shapes that allow it to slide easily over the inner surface of

holding tip 1.

  The end of the moving assembly consisting of the pulling device 3, 3a and the attachment device 4, 4b may comprise a push-piece 20 integral with one or the other of these two elements. The pusher tip 20 consists of an element having a central recess for improving the centering of the portion of the hook 7 which is pushed in the last step of the use of the disgorger according to the invention when the hook is pushed Out of the holding tip 1. Figures 7 and 8 show the steps of this operation common to devices with flexible retaining tips and those with rigid retaining tips. Figures 9 and 10 show the final stages of operation of the invention with a flexible holding tip. Figures 12 and 13 show the final stages of operation of two particular embodiments of the invention provided with a rigid holding tip.

  Figure 7 represents the first step of this operation.

  The purpose is to unhook the hook 7. The user places the attachment device 4 at any point of the wire 6 on which the hook is fixed. Wire 6 is attached to

  attachment device 4 by one of the means already described or by others.

  Figure 8 represents the second step of this operation.

  The operating device 5 is actuated by the user. The pulling device 3 is driven and slides inside the holding tip I and the sleeve 2. The attachment device 4, integral with the drawing device 3 is also driven, and the wire 6 which is hooked, in the central ducts of the holding tip I

  and the sheath 2. The holding tip 1 gradually covers the hook 7.

  FIGS. 9 and 10 show the end of the second and third stage of operation of a particular embodiment of the invention according to which the holding tip I is flexible. This tip is in this case flexible enough to deform without significant effort applied when the hook advances in its central duct and to take the general form thereof. Its length 10 is

  sufficient to allow it to fully cover the hook.

  Figure 10 represents the end of this second step, on a very enlarged scale.

  The end of the flexible end piece, represented transparent, reaches the material 11

  which hook 7 must be removed.

  The pulling force 12 on the drawing device 3, transmitted by the wire, is balanced by a counter-compressive force equal to the holding tip 1a. This force is almost fully reported, at near friction forces, at the end

  According to certain particular embodiments, the rigid holding tip 1b and the

  anti-snap ring 22 can be one and the same element.

  The anti-catching ring 22 is an axially symmetrical part with a maximum diameter 24 that partially or completely overlaps the outside of the rigid holding tip 1b. This piece preferably has leaking shapes that allow it to circulate easily in the body of the fish without the risk of clinging. The main function of this ring is to hide the tip of the hook when removing the disgorger according to the invention after stall. This point, once masked, is not likely to hang on.
