Abstract

The gas cylinder valve insert has a pressure reduction valve (28) in two sections, one forming the valve housing and the other fitting onto the gas cylinder by an adaptor (4) incorporating at least one valve (6), a spring (5) and a stopper (1), with the valve acting as both filling and reduction valves. After the housing has been separated from the adaptor a connector (8) can be fitted to it for filling.
