Abstract

A filter for a liquid circuit has an ultrasound generator connected to it to prevent the filter from becoming blocked. In cases where the liquid being filtered has a low level of pollution the ultrasound generator can be programmed to operate periodically, while for liquids which are more polluted the ultrasound generator can operate continuously.

L'invention conceme un nouveau dispositif de filtration pour circuit de liquide,
comportant au moins un filtre dans le passage du liquide et équipé d'un
système de nettoyage automatique
On connaît déjà d'après l'art antérieur ( FR 2 649 332 - B1 ) un dispositif de
filtration muni d'au moins un filtre aménagé au dessus d'une cuve de
décantation . Une dérivation munie d'une vanne de commande est prévue
pour court-circuiter une partie de l'ensemble de filtration. Un manomètre
permet la mesure des différences de pression en amont et en aval , indiquant
ainsi le niveau de perte de charge due au colmatage du filtre . A partir d'une
valeur de consigne programmée, un module de commande déclenche 1 '
ouverture de la vanne de commande de dérivation, la mise en
fonctionnement et l'arrêt du générateur d'ultrasons, I'ouverture de la vanne
d'évacuation, puis fermeture simultanément ou successivement des vannes
de commande de dérivation et d'évacuation.
