Parasol comprising inter alia a canvas, characterized in that: - the canvas consists of a canvas disc (1) whose peripheral structure (6) is   metal, thus allowing by natural twisting on it-   even to reduce the size of the canvas disc (1) for its transport; - It includes a cord (5) sewn on the disc (1) and provided with rings (7) used to hold the disc (1) in the position of use by triangulation and to adjust the angle with respect to the ground ; - It includes stakes (3) for fixing the parasol in the ground; - it includes a fabric bag (10) allowing the transport of the parasol.   2. Parasol according to claim 1, characterized in that the peripheral structure of the canvas disc (1) is composed of a metal hoop (6) housed in a sheath of elastic fabric (2) and sewn   in circumference of the canvas disc (1).   3. Parasol according to claim 2, characterized in that the metal hoop (6) is deformable so as to be able to transform into a minimum of two geometric figures, a first deployed figure making it possible to position the parasol, and a second folded figure allowing its transport and being obtained by manual twisting on itself, in order to obtain three interlocking discs, each being of a dimension equal to about a third of the   diameter of the disc in the deployed figure.   4. Parasol according to claim 1, characterized in that the cord (5) is provided with three rings (7) serving to hold the parasol in position of use by triangulation.   5. Parasol according to claim 4, characterized in that it comprises an eyelet (9) piercing the canvas disc (1) near its circumference and serving as a connection between a fixing post (3) and the canvas disc ( 1) and constituting a fourth   anchor point of the parasol in the ground.   6. Parasol according to claim 1, characterized in that the fabric bag (10) has a shape corresponding to the folded geometric figure of the parasol to allow the transport of the folded parasol as well as stakes (3).   7. Parasol according to one of claims 1   6, characterized in that a fabric loop (20) is sewn onto the transport bag (10), thus enabling the bag to be transported in the backpack position by detaching a quick coupler (19) and passing a strap ( 18) through the loop (20) to form the two straps of a backpack.
