8. Newspaper holder device according to claim 7, characterized in that said cap (5) is made of an elastically deformable material, and that said cavity (50) has a decreasing section, so that it is possible to adjust mutual tightening of the rods.

9. Newspaper holder device according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that it comprises at least one element (6) for suspension or attachment to a support.

10. Newspaper holder device according to claim 9, when it is dependent on claim 5 or claim 7, characterized in that said element (6) consists of a ring carried by said handle (2) or said cap ( 5).
