11 - Device according to claim 10, characterized in that the second element (6a) of the sleeve (6) comprises a tubular part (15), which is shorter than the tubular part (12) of the first element (6b) and which has an external diameter equal to the internal diameter of the tubular part (12) of the first element (6h), as well as a flange (16), which is perpendicular to the axis of the tubular part (15) and has an opening central (17).
