Abstract

The grip has abase (1) fixed to the door or window, with a ferrule (9) and two concave grooves (10) on opposite sides of the ferrule in its longitudinal direction. The ferrule has a standard lock bar (8) which fits into the original lock of the door. A removable handle (3) has a tube (4) with a diameter slightly superior to the ferrule and with two convex grooves (5) along the length of the tube to allow the introduction of the tube into the grooves of the ferrule. The tube has a handle to operate it.

Description

-1- The present invention relates to a door handle device and

  removable windows to neutralize their opening

  There is currently a standard system of handles for doors and windows.

  There are different systems of removable handles for doors and windows which are not intended to remain permanently on them. The said invention aims to provide a standard handle system for doors and

  windows can remain permanently while being removable.

  Said invention aims to achieve a removable handle system of industrial design

simple and inexpensive.

  The said invention aims to prevent the untimely and dangerous opening of windows or doors in public or private premises (children or people with disabilities

physical and / or moral).

  Said invention aims to prohibit access to parts either dangerous or private, to any natural person or any animal, by excmple access to the archives of a

  company or access to the local cleaning products in a private home.

  The invention can be adapted to any type of lock, door and window without having to modify

  the original standard equipment of these.

  The opening can only be done with the help of the standard removable handle, hollowed out in a cylindrical manner, and its cylindrical base fixed on the door or window, making it integral

the two elements.

  The device comprises two elements: - a base fixed to the door or window with a shell-shaped end piece and two concave grooves each arranged opposite to the end piece lengthwise. Inside this tip is the standard metal square which is embedded in the mechanism

  original opening of the door or window.

  - The removable handle composed of a tube with a diameter greater than the shell with two convex grooves along the length of the tube, thus allowing the introduction of this said tube into the

  concave grooves of the shell and a handle to operate the handle.

  A locking system has been chosen to accentuate the possibility of pressure during opening or closing (magnet system proposed in our diagram) or any other

system (spring, ...).

  The accompanying drawings, given by way of example, will allow a better understanding

  the innovation, the characteristics it presents and the advantages it provides.

  There is shown: in Figure 1: the two elements, base 1 and its base 2, and handle 3, assembling for

  opening or closing a door or window.

  The assembly is done very quickly and easily. nl suffices to embed the base 1 and the

  handle 3, guided by the convex 5 and concave 10 grooves.

  In order to be able to exert sufficient pressure during opening or closing, a

  magnet 6 and a metal surface 11 secure the base I of the handle 3.

  Base 1, permanently on the door or window, is molded in the shape of a round shell

  end, to avoid any risk of injury or tearing of clothing.

  The recessed base 1 and the handle 3 in no way reveal that it is a removable handle and the use therefore becomes that of a standard handle if desired. The use is thus double. The handle 3 can be used on all bases 1, thus avoiding the purchase of as many handles 3

than basic 1 if desired.

  It is possible for aesthetic reasons to add a cover incorporating the base 2.

Claims (7)

  1) Door handle and window device for neutralizing the opening thereof, characterized in that the device comprises two elements, a base (l) fixed to the door or window with a nozzle (9) and two concave grooves (10) each arranged opposite to the end piece (9) lengthwise and comprising inside the square (8) standard metal embedded in the original mechanism of the door or window, and a removable handle (3) composed of a tube (4) with a diameter slightly greater than the end piece (9) with two convex grooves (5) along the length of the tube (4) allowing the introduction of this tube (4) in the grooves   concaves (10) of the endpiece (9), as well as a handle (7) for actuating it.   2) handle device according to claim I characterized in that it further comprises a pressure locking system accentuating the solidarity between the handle (3) and the base (1).   3) handle device according to claim 2 characterized in that the pressure locking system consists of a magnet (6) included at the end of the tube (4)   hollow of the handle (3) and a metal surface (1 1l) at the end of the base (1).   4) handle device according to any one of the preceding claims,   characterized in that the combined assembly of the base (1) and the handle (3) has the appearance of a standard handle providing a dual use leaving the choice to each of   use it either as a removable handle or as a permanent fixture on the door.   5) A handle device according to any one of the preceding claims,   characterized in that the end of the base (1) is in the form of a shell with the end   rounded to avoid any risk of injury or tearing of clothing.   6) handle device according to any one of the preceding claims,   characterized in that the end piece (9) is mounted around a square (8).   7) A handle device according to any one of the preceding claims   characterized in that it further comprises a cover incorporating the base.
