Abstract

Treating domestic waste, sludge and fat from a purification process comprises mixing and homogenising 60% domestic waste, 20% sludge and fats and 20% quicklime in a mixing tank (5) using an endless screw in tank until the temperature reaches 250-300 deg C and material is dry. It is then optionally ground. Preferably, before mixing the domestic waste is treated to remove metals (3) and ground to a particle size of 8-10 cm. The quicklime is in the form of a powder or small granules.

- LE PROCEDE
Le procédé met en oeuvre des ordures ménagères broyées, déferraillées, des boues et graisses d'épuration et de la chaux vive en poudre ou fins granulés qui permettent une réaction physico-chimique de déshydratation et d'oxydation, sous ltélévation de la température et une stabilisation - des produits sécurisante.

MODE DE TRAITEMENT - Préparation des produits entrants: à l'arrivée des véhicules de collecte, les ordures ménagères brutes sont déversées dans une fosse de réception. Un tri manuel succinct permet d'extraire quelques éléments indésirables afin de maîtriser les métaux entrants( fer, plomb, zinc, chrome, cuivre, mercure...)
Elles sont ensuite acheminées par bande transporteuse au broyeur n" I (broyeur à marteaux ) - muni d'un déferraillage par aimantation et qui permet d'obtenir des produits d'une granulométrie d'environ 8 à 10 cm qui seront déversés dans la fosse de réception.
