Abstract
Description
La présente invention concerne un dispositif rétractable adapté à tous types de pneumatiques, ayant ou non des clous, dans le but de changer la fonction de ceux-ci. (schéma 1)
Suivant la saison ou les conditions climatiques, ltétat des routes nécessite d'avoir des pneus neiges ou cloutés pour une plus grande sécurité.The present invention relates to a retractable device suitable for all types of tires, with or without studs, with the aim of changing the function thereof. la vitesse et du confort de conduite
- limiter l'usure des clous
- limiter le bruit
La technique consiste donc à créer un pneumatique ayant des gorges (1) (fig 4 et 5)dont le pourtour, de plus faible épaisseur, fera monter les clous (2) lors d'une surpression.(Le principe ressemble à celui d'une vanne de gonflage rehaussée ou non d'un clou). - Ces clous seront implantés dans une épaisseur spéciale entouré par une gorge de forme variable permettant, suite aux différences de pression au gonflage, la montée ou la descente des clous
- La structure de la gorge pourrait être renforcée par un lamelle ressort implantée lors du moulage de la structure. Cette lamelle ressort passera , elle aussi, en position haute ou basse suivant la pression interne du pneumatique
- Mise en oeuvre rapide suivant les états de la chaussée
Exemple
On a le pneu en position été gonflé à une pression standard de 2 kg/cm2. On veut le mettre en position hiver. On effectue une suppression de ce dernier à la station service jusqu'à ce que les clous soit sortis .(la pression et surpression variera en fonction du modèle du pneumatique et du véhicule utilisateur : voiture ou camion)
Cette surpression va faire monter l'élément porteur du clou et le verrouille en position haute par dépression sur la gorge (fig 6 et 7)
Ensuite, on dégonfle pour revenir à la pression standard de 2 kg/cm2 ce qui accentue le verrouillage de 1' ensemble. Reminder of the principle:

Example

Le principe pourrait être un peu différent.
