Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de rafraîchissement à travers des tissus textiles à partir de cristaux trempés dans l'eau.En trempant l'article textile incorporant les cristaux dans l'eau, puis en laissant celle- ci s'évaporer, un rafraîchissement durable des parties couvertes est obtenu.Ce phénomène, selon l'invention, permet de rafraîchir la tête, le cou ou tout autre partie du corps en tous lieux et apporte un effet durable.

PRESENTATION DE LA DESCRIPTION
ET DES REVENDICATIONS
La présente innovation concerne l'association de cristaux qui sont des polyacrilates de sodium réticulés absorbants à l'intérieur d'un article textile cousu ou collé.
Ces articles sont différents de ceux existants sur le marché par le fait que, I'eau en s'évaporant après que l'article ait été trempé dans l'eau, va apporter un effet durable de fraîcheur.
Les cristaux utilisés sont des polyacrilates de sodium réticulés; ce sont ccux qui présentent le niveau maximum de stabilité du polymére. D'autres polyacrilates peuvent être utilisés, mais sans garantir ce niveau de stabilité.
La taille initiale des grains polyméres est comprise entre 100 et 800 microns.Chaque grain va, au contact de Liteau, multiplier son volume par 35 à 50 fois, et l'ensemble va constituer un gel.
Le polymère ayant été conçu pour ne pas emprisonner complètement les molécules d'eau, celle-ci peut s'évaporer, apportant l'effet de fraîcheur durable.
De plus, I'évaporation va apporter un effet d'isolation dû à l'absorbtion de la chaleur.

Lorsque Liteau sera totalement évaporée, les cristaux vont reprendre leur taille
evaporee, initiale.
I1 suffit alors de tremper à nouveau l'article textile dans Liteau quelques secondes pour retrouver l'effet de rétention et de fraîcheur.
Le temps de prise en gel est d'environ 90 secondes, et peut se reproduire 8 à 1 0 fois.
Le gel constitué, quant à lui, va rester homogène et assurer l'effet fraîcheur plusieurs
a jours.
Il n'y a aucune dénaturation ni variation du produit à des températures inférieures à 100 .
La quantité de cristaux utilisés, variable selon les dimensions des articles textiles, est versée à l'aide d'un doseur à l'intérieur d'une enveloppe textile en polyester-coton, cousue ou collée, dont les applications sont : serviettes de bains, galettes de sièges, oreillers, poignets, bandeaux, foulards, casquettes, gants,...
La composition de ce tissu est le meilleur rapport étanchéité-évaporation.
L'enveloppe constituée ne mouille pas, ne goutte pas et reste fraîche plusieurs jours.
Cette enveloppe textile ne doit pas être lavée en machine, mais à la main, ni avec
des produits détergents, ni congelée.
L'innovation consiste dans la pennanence de l'effet rafraîchissant, dû à la propriété
qu'ont ces cristaux absorbants de retenir et de restituer l'eau.

Claims (5)

  1. REVENDICATIONS
    1) Article textile cousu ou collé caractérisé en ce qu'il contient des cristaux polyacrilates de sodium réticulés absorbants.
  2. 2 ) Article caractérisé selon la revendication 1 en ce que l'article textile est trempé dans l'eau, de telle façon que les cristaux augmentent leur volume en absorbant l'eau.
  3. 3 ) Article caractérisé selon la revendication 2 en ce que ces cristaux vont restituer un effet de fraîcheur par évaporation naturelle de l'eau.
  4. 4 ) Article caractérisé selon la revendication 3 en ce que l'eau s'évaporant, les cristaux vont reprendre leur volume initial.
  5. 5 ) Article caractérisé selon la revendication 4 en ce que les cristaux trempés dans l'eau, après avoir retrouvé leur taille initiale, vont à nouveau augmenter leur volume et reproduire le même effet de fraîcheur.
