La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fabrication d'une chaise réglable en hauteur
Traditionnellement pour qu'une chaise soit réglable en hauteur, on emploi, soit un système de vis, soit des vérins, soit des entailles latérales . Le dossier est formé de plusieurs éléments et la fabrication de ces chaises est souvent complexe . Ces dispositifs nécessitent souvent des parties métalliques ou des vis apparents . Il y a le risque qu'un vis se desserre, qu'une entaille casse . Il y a en outre souvent plusieurs réglages à effectuer ( dossier et siège)
Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients . On a en effet une chaise entièrement en bois, sans vis apparénts, simple à fabriquer et solide, avec un réglage très facile à effectuer . Le dispositif ne nuit pas à l'esthétique de la chaise . De plus le dossier permet un bon maintien du dos
Le dispositif comporte selon une première caractéristique une planche qui descend jusqu'au sol et forme à la fois le dossier et une des composantes du pied
Le bas de cette planche s'emboîte selon un système d'enfourchement dans une 2ème partie :une petite planche qui est placée à la perpendiculaire . Nous avons une 3ème partie : un plateau servant de siège qui est fixé directement au dossier par un système de tenon et de mortaises . Le fait qu'il y ait plusieurs mortaises (à des hauteurs différentes) percées dans le dossier permet de régler la hauteur du siège
Selon des modes particuliers de réalisation - la chaise pourra être réalisée en PVC - le plateau servant de siège peut avoir des formes différentes : rond, carré ... pourvu qu'il soit muni d'un tenon à l'arrière .The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing a height-adjustable chair

According to a first characteristic, the device comprises a board which descends to the ground and forms both the backrest and one of the components of the foot.
The bottom of this board fits according to a straddle system in a 2nd part: a small board which is placed perpendicular. We have a 3rd part: a tray serving as a seat which is fixed directly to the backrest by a system of tenons and mortises. The fact that there are several mortises (at different heights) drilled in the backrest allows the seat height to be adjusted.
According to particular embodiments - the chair may be made of PVC - the tray serving as a seat may have different shapes: round, square, etc. provided that it is provided with a tenon at the back.

En référence à ces dessins, le dispositif comporte une planche (1) qui descend jusqu'au sol et dont le haut constitue le dossier et le bas constitue une partie du pied de la chaise . Le bas de cette planche (1) est percé en son milieu d'une entaille verticale rectangulaire (2) . Il constitue un axe du pied . Le 2ème axe est une petite planche (3) qui est placée perpendiculairement à la planche formant le dossier (1) Pour des raisons d'esthétique nous lui avons donné la forme d'un demi-disque
Le haut de la petite planche (3) est percé d'une entaille (4) rectangulaire légèrement oblique selon un angle d'environ 102 ". Cette entaille (4) est légèrement décalée vers l'avant par rapport au milieu la petite planche (3) afin que la chaise ne puisse pas tomber en arrière. L'entaille (2) du bas de la planche formant dossier (1) vient s'emboîter dans l'entaille (4) de la petite planche(3) Ces 2 parties sont fixées par de la colle . La hauteur l'entaille (2) de la planche (1) formant dossier est égale à la distance qui va du bas de la petite planche perpendiculaire (3)jusqu'au niveau du bas de l'entaille (4)de cette dernière . Ainsi, une fois assemblés, le bas de la planche formant dossier (1) et le bas de la petite planche (3) sont au même niveau
La légère inclinaison de l'entaille (4) de la petite planche(3) permettra au dossier (1) d'être légèrement incliné vers l'arrière . Cette inclinaison permettra la stabilité de la chaise

Le tenon (10) peut être percé de part en part d'une entaille (11) horizontale permettant l'introduction d'une clavette(12) derrière le dossier (1) qui empêche le tenon (10) de ressortir de la mortaise (8) .
