Abstract

The file consists of a rigid support (1) with its working surface divided into a series of separate zones (Z1, Z2, Z3...Zn) each zone having a holder (2) for a block of cheque stubs. Each block holder (2) comprises a layer of an adhesive material protected by a peel-off protective film strip (3). The file can be in the form of a cover or a rigid sheet which fits in a lever arch file cover.

Description

DEVICE FOR ARCHIVING CHECK HEELS
In all branches of economic activity, as well as in private households, it is necessary to keep important documents for at least a certain time. This is particularly the case for checkbook stubs which are generally stored in bags, boxes, cardboard receptacles, most often in bulk, or at least empirically, which, we can easily understand, n 'is not very rational, in the sense that you waste time looking for the checkbook heel (s).

It is to remedy these drawbacks that the device according to the invention has been designed which makes it possible to archive checkbook stubs in a simple, economical and rational manner which can later be easily and quickly consulted.

Another object of the invention is to provide a device for archiving checkbook stubs which can be easily integrated into all types of conventional storage means such as shelves, cupboards, filing cabinets, drawers and other office furniture.

For this, and according to a first characteristic, the device for arching checkbook stubs according to the invention comprises a rigid support whose useful surface is divided into several zones; each zone is equipped at least in part with a means capable of fixing a checkbook heel, temporarily or permanently.

According to another characteristic, the means of fixing the checkbook heel consists of a layer of adhesive product covered with a protective film.

Another characteristic is found in the fact that the means for fixing the checkbook heel is constituted by a support of the double-sided type, that is to say adhesive both on the support and on the checkbook heel, the whole being covered by a protective film.

According to another characteristic, the double-sided support is of the type comprising a self-gripping element glued to the general support and a complementary self-gripping element, glued to the checkbook heel.

Another characteristic is still found in the fact that each zone of the general support comprises a part for fixing the checkbook heel and a free part for identifying the fixed heel.

These characteristics and others will emerge from the description which follows.

To fix the object of the invention, without however limiting it, in the accompanying drawings: - Figure l is a perspective view illustrating a first embodiment of a general support of the shirt type equipped with the device according to the invention .

- Figure 2 is a partial sectional view of an area of the general support.

- Figure 3 is a view similar to Figure 2 with a checkbook heel attached to the area.

- Figure 4 is a front view illustrating a general support in the form of a hanging file, equipped with the device according to the invention.

- Figure 5 is a perspective view showing a general support in the form of a plate cooperating with a file of the ring type.

- Figure 6 is a perspective view showing a variant of fixing the checkbook heel by a hook-and-loop means.

In order to make the object of the invention more concrete, it is now described in nonlimiting embodiments illustrated in the figures of the drawings.

In Figure 1, there is illustrated a general support in the form of a shirt (1) of rigid material, conventionally comprising two flaps (la - lb) connected to a back (il). It is not excluded that the shirt has one or more intermediate flaps. On the inner face of each component are defined, by any known means, zones Zi, Z2, Z3, ... Zn, preferably, but not limited to, of the same dimensions.

These zones, at least in part, are intended to receive, by an appropriate means of fixing the heels (T) of checkbooks, a copy of which has been shown separately (the protruding part of the heel of the cover of the checkbook has been shown in broken lines. can be deleted before fixing).

In practice, each delimited area (Zl, Z2, Z3, ... Zn) has a free part (Zla, Z2a, Z3a, ... Zna) intended for identification by any means of registration, and a part ( Z lb, Z2b, Z3b, ... Znb) for fixing the checkbook heel.

According to one of the characteristics of the invention, this fixing part (FIG. 1) consists of a layer of adhesive product (2) covered with a protective film (3).

According to another characteristic, this fixing part (FIGS. 2 and 3) is constituted by a support (4) of the double-sided type, that is to say adhesive both on the general support (1) and on the heel (T) of check book, the whole being covered by a protective film (3).

As illustrated in FIG. 6, the means of fixing the checkbook heel to the delimited zone can be produced in the form of an assembly of the hook-and-loop type comprising an element (5) glued on said zone and an additional element (6) glued on the heel (T) of the checkbook.

This fixing device, in its different versions, can be implemented on other types of supports than a shirt. For example, as illustrated in FIG. 4, the general support equipped with the fixing and identification zones is a rigid suspended file (7) to be inserted in a cabinet with drawers equipped for this purpose, or else on shelves. As seen in Figure 5, the general support is a rigid plate (8) equipped to cooperate with a ring binder (C).

The advantages clearly emerge from the description, it is further emphasized: - The simple, rapid and rational archiving of checkbook heels by the temporary or permanent attachment device, associated with a clear identification zone.

 - The easy integration of checkbook heel supports according to the invention in all types of usual storage means.

- The precise classification facilitating the subsequent search for the heels of archived checkbooks.

Zn) ; each zone is equipped, at least in part, with means (2, 4, 5, 6) capable of fixing a heel (T) of checkbook. - 2 - Archiving device according to claim 1, characterized in that the means for fixing the heel (T) of checkbook consists of a layer (2) of adhesive product covered with a protective film (3). - 3 - Archiving device according to claim l, characterized in that the heel fixing means (T) check book is constituted by a support (4) of the double-sided type, that is to say adhesive to the both on the general support (1, 7, 8) and on the heel (T) of the checkbook; the assembly being covered with a protective film (3). - 4 - Archiving device according to claim l, characterized in that the heel fixing means (T) checkbook is a double-sided support of the type comprising a hook-and-loop element (5) glued to the general support and a additional hook-and-loop element (6) glued to the checkbook heel. - 5 - Archiving device according to claim 1, characterized in that each zone (Zl, Z2, Z3, ... Zn) of the general support (1, 7, 8) comprises a free part (Zla, Z2a, Z3a , ... Zna) for identification by any known means, and a part (Z lb, Z2b, Z3b, ... Znb) for fixing the heel (T) of checkbook. - 6 - Archiving device according to claim l, characterized in that the general rigid support equipped with means for fixing the heels (T) of checkbooks, is a folder (1) comprising at least two flaps with fixing zones and / or identification. - 7 - Archiving device according to claim 1, characterized in that the general rigid support equipped with means for fixing the heels (T) of checkbooks, is a hanging file (7) accommodable in a piece of furniture or on shelves fitted with this effect. - 8 - Archiving device according to claim 1, characterized in that the general rigid support equipped with means for fixing the heels (T) of checkbooks, is a plate (8) arranged to cooperate with a ring binder (C) .
