Abstract

Les terres excavées ne peuvent pas être réutilisées car leur teneur en eau et leur structure ne leur permet pas d'être compactées à un niveau convenable
La technique utilisée en traitement de sol,pour la construction routière,permet de modifier leur comportement et leur recyclage.

Malaxage;des malaxeurs rotatifs à axe horizontal (pulvimixers) dont la puissance dépasse 300 CV peuvent malaxer jusqu'à 40 cm en place
La technique selon l'invention,est la meme que celle utilisée pour la construction routière à la différence que au lieu de traiter les sols en place ils sont traités dans la machine mobile après excavation,cette différence permet le traitement des sols par les liants hydrauliques là ou l'utilisation des matériels conventionnels est impossible.En effet l'utilisation des épandeuses et des malaxeurs n'est pas possible dans les zones urbanisées en raison des problèmes d'environnement,de plus la qualité des dosages et du malaxage est considérablement améliorée
Un bon niveau de compactage peut être obtenu par ces traitements à la chaux ou au ciment,une maîtrise de la teneur en eau,un apport éventuel d'un autre matériau et un écrêtage permettant d'évacuer les éléments d'une granulométrie supérieure à 50 mm
La machine selon l'invention permet de modifier les terres par plusieurs traitements,le plan du groupe mobile Fig 1 illustre l'invention
-Les terres sont chargées dans une trémie Fig 1(1) munie d'une grille de scalpage Fig(q) (3) qui évite l'introduction des éléments dont la granulométrie est supérieure à 1 50 mm
-Les terres sont extraites de la trémie par un tapis extracteur Fig 1 (4) qui permet de règler le débit de O à 100 t/h
-Les terres passent ensuite dans un émotteur cribleur Fig 1 (8) dont les plans Fig 3,Fig 4,Fig 5 illustrent l'invention.Cet émotteur cribleur permet d'émotter les terres et d'évacuer les éléments solides dont la granulométrie est supérieure à 50mm.ll est constitué par trois tambours Fig 5 équipés chacun de 13 cames Fig 3,les tambours tournent dans le même sens et les cames sont face à face Fig 4.L'ensemble constitue donc vu de dessus un maillage carré de 50x50 mm,formant un crible et les cotés sont constitués par les cames qui créent un mouvement de cisaillage.La pente de l'ensemble de cet écrêteur est règlable de façon à pouvoir ajuster la qualité du criblage au débit
-A la sortie de l'émotteur écrêteur,après avoir été émottées et écrêtées,les terres de granulométrie 0/50 mm sont reprises sur un tapis Fig 1 (10) équipé d'une bascule Fig 1 (11) qui mesure le débit en tonnes/heure.La connaissance de ce débit permet d'asservir le règlage des vis doseuses de chaux et de ciment pour obtenir les dosages necessaires
-A la sortie du transporteur Fig 1 (10) les matériaux sont repris par un tapis collecteur Fig 1 (13) qui achemine les matériaux vers le malaxeur à vitesse lente de façon à obtenir une épaisseur convenable sur le tapis
-A mi chemin sur le tapis la veine de matériaux reçoit le pulvérulent(chaux ou ciment) Fig 1 (31) et (29),ces pulvérulents sont stockés dans les réservoirs Fig 1 (15) et (17)
-Le malaxeur Fig 1 (21) reçoit la terre émottée, le pulvérulent et l'eau provenant du réservoir Fig 1 (16) Ce malaxeur constitué de deux arbres parallèles,provoque un mélange intime de l'ensemble des composants
-La trémie Figi (2) est destinée à doser un matériau d'apport(sable,gravillon,laitier,...) Ce matériau d'apport peut être dosé par un tapis extracteur Fig 1 (5) équipé d'une table de pesée Fig 1 (6.)Cette trémie peut être modifiée pour ajouter et doser des boues,des fibres,de la paille
-Un pré-malaxeur Fig 1 (12),permet de mélanger au pied du tapis collecteur ( 1 3) des réactifs(sous forme liquide) afin de traiter les sols pollués
-L'ensemble de ces composants est installé sur une remorque au gabarit du code de la route
