Abstract

The device permitting the irrigation of plants, located in the earth or in pots, consists of a single piece of material, formed as a flexible body (1). It has a central orifice (6) for the passage of the plant. The orifice is fitted with a breakable diaphragm (5), to allow the growth of the plant to proceed unhindered. Water is supplied to a pipe (2), which is formed as an integral part of the body of the device, and from the pipe into the flow zone by means of the ducts (3). A series of holes (4), forming a sieve, allows the water to pass from the flow zone into the earth to irrigate the roots of the plant.
