Abstract

The bristles (1) of the brush each have small branches (2) distributed along its length. The branches are mainly perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the bristle. The bristles are fixed perpendicularly to a support (8), such as a rod. The branches can have secondary branches on them which are perpendicular to the main branches. Tertiary branches can be fixed perpendicularly to the secondary branches.
