PROCESS FOR OBTAINING A PURIFYING DRINK
FOR ALL AGES
The present invention relates to a detoxifying and regenerating drink, natural and organic, clear, of a grenadine color.

It is obtained by cold maceration which fully respects the fragility of the components and ingredients used on which all the effectiveness of the drink is based.

An extended maceration time allows the maximum extraction of the active ingredients contained in the plants and the complete diffusion of the aromatic materials ensuring the deodorization and covering the taste of the onion, while stabilizing the finished product.

Choice and dosage of fennel seeds, cloves, star anise, cinnamon wood, cardamom, fresh mint, fresh lemongrass and ibiscus, give the drink a smell and a flavor light lemon, low acid, pleasant for all ages.

The current depuratives often consist of beverages of unpleasant taste and whose color is off-putting. As a result, their use limited only to courageous adults for too short a time, does not bring all the benefit that their components promise.

Example of the composition of the maceration for 100 ml of finished product:
peeled onion 33.330 gr star anise 0.166 gr
lemon with skin 26,000 gr cinnamon 0.333 gr
fresh lime zest 2.666 gr cardamom 0.333 gr
fennel seeds 1.666 gr fresh mint 0.166 gr
ilex paraguayensis 1,660 gr lemongrass fresh 6,666 gr
cloves 0.100 gr spring water 100,000 ml
ibiscus flowers 1,333 gr
Example of preparation:
1 ") - in a stainless steel, glass or stoneware tank, place:
- onion
- lemon
- lime zest
- mint
all coarsely chopped.

 2 ") - Add the Paraguayensis and the ibiscus as is.

3) - To avoid any loss of aromas, spray at the last moment:
- fennel
- clove
- star anise
- cinnamon

Continue maceration for 35 days, stirring each day to regularly immerse the ingredients rising to the surface
Then extract with a centrifuge.

Leave the liquid obtained to stand for a sufficient time to remove the residue.

Filter the liquid if necessary and put in a glass bottle whose volume is 500 ml and whose screw cap is fitted with a cork washer. The bottle must be stored vertically and protected from light.

This preparation can be kept for at least 3 months.

For an extended period, add 5 ml of organic wheat germ oil per bottle before capping. This oil isolation process makes it possible, by using neither synthetic preservatives or pasteurization, to fully protect the active components of the depurative drink.

At the opening, the consumer will remove the oil by pouring water into the neck until it overflows.
