Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant d'empécher le vol d'un véhicule. Il est constitué de barres rigides (1-2-3), d'une double griffe autoblocante (4) et d'un verrouillage de sécurité (5). L'utilisateur avance et rabat le siège (8) sur le volant (9) et loge la double griffe (4) sur un côté de celui-ci, ceinture le dossier du siège (8) avant de verrouiller le dispositif sur le côté opposé; rendant ainsi solidaires le siège (8) et le volant (9). Le dispositif selon l'invention est destiné aux véhicules dont le siège (8) se rabat.

VEHICULES SURIS D'UN SIEGE RABATTABLE DESCRIPTIF
La présente invention concerne un dispositif anti-vol Dermettant, après rabattement du siège sur le volant(9) de les rendre solidaires au moyen de barres rigides articulées(I-2-3) d'une double griffe autoblocante(4) monobloc, non articulée et d'un vérouillage de sécurité(54).
Dans la pratique courante, il existe des anti-vol se fixant d'une part sur une pédale et d'autre part sur le volant(9).
Avec ce système on peut assez facilement démonter ltecrou(7) du volant(9), casser le neiman et enfin voler le véhicule.
Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à cet inconvénient : le volant(9) étant masqué par le siège(8) l'écrou(7) est inaccessible, le neiman incassable et le siege(8) inutilisable. De ce fait le véhicule ne peut être ni poussé, ni remorque.
Le dispositif selon l'invention est constitué d'une barre rigide(I) réglable par un système à vis(6) et de deux bras(2-3) munis, d'un côté d'une double griffe autobloc2nte(4)de l'autre, d'un système de vérouillage à serrure de sécurité(5).
Dans la forme de réalisation, suivent la figure III, la double griffe autoblocante(4) n'est pas articulée, elle est constituée de deux griffes inversées et superposées, suffisamment distantes pour permettre le passage du volant(9) ; sa mise en place s'effectue en présentant l'ensemble du dispositif en position verticale, puis par un pivotement de 900 le système se retrouve autobloquant en cosition horizontale.
Dans la forme de réalisation selon la figure 4, le système de vérouillage(5) du dispositif est constitué d'une serrure de sécurité(I2) et d'un crochet mobile(IC) rendu solidaire avec 1 barre rigide(2) par un axe(II) coulissant dans un guide.
En position anti-vol, le pêne de la serrure de sécurité(I2) se loge dans une gorge de l' > xe(II) qui est muni d'un épaulement (buttoir) rendant celui-ci prisonnier dans son guide.
L'anti-vol peut également être réalisé avec des métaux différents (inox, alu, etc...) ou avec un ros cable plastifié.

Claims (1)

  1. REVENDICATIONS
    I) Dispositif anti-vol automobilt caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des barres rigides articulées en trois éléments(I-2-3) équipé d'un côté, d'une double griffe autoblocante(4)non articulée et de l'autre, d'un système de vérouillage articulé(5) à serrure(I2) de sécurité permettant de rendre solidaire le volant (9) et le siège(8) après rabattement de celui-ci afin de masauer le volant(9) de direction.
    II) Dispositif anti-vol automobile suivant la revendication nOI caractérisé en ce que les barres rigides articulées(I-2-3) comprennent pour un côté un système monobloc à double griffe(4) non articulée: autoblocante
    III) Dispositif anti-vol automobile suivent la revendication nOI caractérisé en ce que les barres rigides articulées(I-2-3) comprennent pour un côté un système de vérouillage(5) avec ser rure(I2) de sécurité dont un crochet mobile est rendu solidaire tar un axe(II)
